Beware! HALF FILLED FLAT QUESADILLAS! This chicken quesadilla that costs almost $6 barely had chicken in it and a laughable amount of cheese. You basically get a toasted tortilla with a little sauce. This place has gone down hill fast in quality. When this location first opened you could get a chicken quesadilla that was filled with enough food to fill you up and it would be filled to about a 1/4" to the edge. Third trip after getting flat and barely filled quesadillas. The first time could be an error, but three times is a pattern. Bought four menu items and asked for hot sauce and received 4 packets. Penny pinching at its finest. I will never be back.

The manager that opened 12/16/22 didn’t even say hi didn’t ask if I wanted sauce and I ordered 3 potato soft taco and that’s how they all came couldn’t even turn back would’ve been late for work and this was 8:30 in the morning if they told me I had to wait for potato I would’ve choose something else I’ve never bought a potato taco and it only had 5 pieces of potato barley lettuce or cheese $7.11 to be exact

Haven't had taco bell in a really long time and decided to to order what I always got back in the day. Nacho bell grande. They now have the self order hubs which was nice. Sadly, when I got home and opened my order, it was nothing but chips and a dollop of beans with tomato and jalapeños. Like what?!?! Where is everything else? I didn't pay to get chips and beans. I could have made this at home myself.

I came into the location yesterday, July 13th around 3pm to enter the drive through to order food. Upon approaching the drive threw the worker told me to wait a min. No explanation. About 5 mins went by and I asked again if I could place my order and again said wait a min no explanation. About 10 to 15 mins pass and I'm frustrated that I haven't placed the order yet. I asked if everything was okay because its been too long. They finally informed me that the system was down. Frustrated I told them the could have said that from the beginning. Knowing they only kept me there to keep a sale I tried to leave the drive through line reversing. The person behind me was on her phone and wasnt paying attention. So I continued to honk my horn to get her attention until we could reverse out. The employee inside (known as Benito) took my honking as me being disrespectful to him and decided to come outside and ask me "do we have a problem" in a threating voice. I don't appreciate employees in an Oak Park Taco Bell making me feel I'm ordering in the back of the yard taco bell and have to worry about honking being seen as a threat and taking the initiative to leave the building(taco bell) to come out and threaten a customer. Very disappointed and will never return. Making a formal complaint Monday...

My TACO BELL experience tonight was HORRENDOUS!!

Approached the drive thru and placed an order. Paid for the order, asked for sauce, only to be told there was NO sauce available. As we pulled off, I noticed the tacos had tomatoes. Went back to DT, advised the clerk of the mistake made. Order was supposedly corrected, only to find out there was one taco missing from the re-order AND none of the tacos had lettuce. Went back to DT for the THIRD time, the clerk (advised she was the mgr) AND the tacos were correct. I explained what was ordered and that lettuce was missing from ALL of the tacos. She stated, they were out of lettuce and we were informed of that (WHICH WE WERE NOT). I politely asked for a refund and was told, “the drawer was broken” and to return tomorrow for a refund. The offered resolution was unacceptable! This is from the manager, who stated we were told there was no lettuce. My response, had we known that, we would’ve never placed the order. The manager REFUSED to give us a refund, took our receipt, and asked us to leave because there were other customers waiting for their food.

We refused to leave without a our refund or receipt and were...

Have not been to a Taco Bell in many years. I was reminded why tonight. Was literally on my way to Portillo's and saw Taco Bell and figured that I might be able to find something a little healthier on their menu instead. First, the drive-thru employee CLEARLY does not enjoy, or even remotely like his job. Never greeted me and even after I said "Thank you" after receiving my order, still nothing from him except a hard slam of the drive-thru window.

Ordered the cantina chicken bowl with extra pico. I literally had about five pieces of the SMALLEST bites of chicken I have ever seen in my life. The rice was hard in some spots and the black beans were dry and literally inedible. I also asked, and was definitely charged, for extra pico de gallo. For some reason I received pretty much NO pico. So basically I paid almost $10 for a bowl full of dry rice, inedible black beans and a pinch of chicken. I should've went to Portillo's and ate the late night calories! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I took pictures but don't see an option to upload them. Save your money and...
