Went there because I was craving a 1/2 pound sandwich, love the horseradish sauce, for me, it makes the sandwich complete. I asked for a water cup and went and filled the cup 1/4 full with horseradish sauce so I could dip my sandwich. While pumping the sauce, I heard the counter guy make a remark to another employee about me putting horseradish in a water cup. When I went to get my sandwich, cost $8, he made a snotty remark about putting the horseradish sauce in the cup, pointed to the small plastic sauce containers, told me I was welcome to take as many of those that I wanted instead of putting it in a cup. I told him that I only pumped a small amount in the cup, grabbed my sandwich and walked out.
After leaving, I thought, what difference does it make if I take an equal amount of plastic pouches or if I pump the same amount in a cup. I should have asked for my $8 dollars back and drove to another Arby’s! I have done the same thing at other Arby’s and nobody has ever smarted off about putting the sauce in a water cup. I will never return to this store again, I have bought several sandwiches at this location over the years because it’s on my way home. As others have stated, the Jamoca shakes suck at this location, the size has gotten smaller, but the cost has doubled. I get around the community and will be sure to tell everyone about the big mouth employee that can’t keep his mouth shut about customers preferences of how they take their sauce! The service has consistently gone downhill over the years, this experience made it easy to never return. Good job BIG MOUTH, I would fire you if you were...
Read moreHoribble customer service! 😡 We were the only ones there at 5:45. We ordered two sandwich combos. We waited until a little after 6pm in the drive through. At about 6:10 my husband went in to see what was taking so long. Our order was sitting on the counter while the manager and this other employee just were sitting around talking. The manager tried to make a joke and said, "We wonder where you went?" My husband frustrated said that we were the only ones and we've been waiting for over 15 minutes. She didn't apologize and just walked into the back. The other employee took our order and started to fill up one of the ( M ) fry containers very... slowly...and walked very...slowly....towards my husband with this grin on his face. My husband more furious then ever told him to wipe that crappy grin on his face and to give him our order. I was hoping they were taking they're time waiting for the fries to cook. Nope, they were stone cold as if they have been sitting since this morning. My sandwich was the beef brisket with crispy onions. They were completely soggy as if my sandwich was sitting the whole time. Very irritated and felt like dirt was treated better than my husband and I. Never Ever going back and I'll make sure others...
Read moreArby's advertises promotions they do not follow through with. We went to a Real Salt Lake game where they had many advertisements saying free fries on game days at participating locations. We looked up the list and went to both in Provo that were included as participating locations on the website. This one told us they would honor it if we bought sandwiches and that they never give away free things. It was not listed anywhere on the website that a purchase was needed. And they lied. I have been given free curly fries before on tax days and such. Either way, do not have a false advertisement then? The other one on 210 W 1230 N had no idea the promotion was even a thing! But they were nice and honored it for us this time. But why is Arby's making promises and not even informing all the employees/following through on these promises when these locations are listed as participating on the site!!!??? Blows my mind. Not going there again. Especially this location. Rude...
