I placed an order using the app, showed up to the store and was told that since they didn't have ham, they hadn't made the Hawaiian I had ordered and I would need to go online to request a refund. They had my phone number from when I submitted the order and could have called me shortly after I placed the order and before I arrived at the store to ask me what I would like then to do. They didn't. They didn't have any other pizza ready at the time, so I left, without enough pizza. I contacted them using the survey on their website, which is the only method they offer of providing customer support. It has been more than a week and I have not even received an acknowledgment that I contacted them. Worst part is it's not the only time it has happened to me. Read moreI will preface this with yes it’s little ceasars. But Everyone there looked 16 and none of them were professional by any means. Customer care was lacking and the way they handled my pizza box with the pizza in it was horrendous. They sloshed the pizza around making all the cheese slide across the pizza (they couldn’t keep the pizza box level), one girl drummed on the box to the music they were playing (with the pizza in it) and I’m pretty sure she tossed it on the counter when handing it to us. If you walk in to this little ceasars and they all look young, walk out. Not worth a dime with that level of professionalism. They had a stack of six boxes, out of the warm ovens, and they had three workers standing around with one pizza at a time being made. Read moreI placed an order using the app, I received 2 notifications stating my pizza was ready. Showed up and they didn't have my pizza. The person at the counter was frantic looking around, asking if maybe I went to the wrong location. I gave them the address I placed my order to, confirmed I was at the right location. He looked in their system and found my order. I had to wait another 10mins for them to make my pizza. I asked the manager/supervisor if I could get something for my troubles. He stated, No, since my order was suppose to be ready 30mins ago and I got my pizza now, he wouldn't be able to.
The location on Cougar Ave is 10x busier than this location and I've NEVER had them forget/misplace my order. If my wait is longer than expected they ALWAYS offer either a free drink or free crazy bread. I will continue going to the Cougar location, even if this location is closer to my house.
