If I could put 0 stars I definitely would, I came in this morning to purchase some pastries and in the process of grabbing one another fell. I let the lady know and not only was she completely oblivious as to how to throw away a pastry that fell, she went to the cashier and said to charge us.. I honestly was in shock when the cashier stated we had to pay for it considering it was an accident but totally over looking the 12 pastries we were paying for. she made a scene over one pastry - she ended up charging us (pretty sure) and pretty much argued with us and I let her know she was arguing with a customer over 1 pastry - we ended up paying and left but feeling so disrespected and in shock over the poor customer service we received by the cashier and the other lady - they definitely lost a customer (we have been going to them since their old location) and we won’t be coming back after how we were treated today. I had my baby in my arms and was about to take my dog next door in to the groomers when he came out yelling at me for parking in his parking lot!!! My dog got scared and wiggled out of his harness to get away and almost ran in to the busy street and got hit!!! All I can say is, I hope the way you treat Other people is reciprocated in your success! You will never have a customer in me. People like you are the reason many are losing faith in the kindness and goodness...
Read moreI would give it one more star, but I didn't like the customer service. The woman who was in the box had an arrogant attitude. I told him to please just give me the bottom dish and he said in a bad way that no because he would have to cancel the transaction and that surely they were preparing it (It hadn't even been two minutes since the order had passed) I told him, to cancel it since as we all know it's not a big deal 🙄 at the end I said thank you but I didn't even have an answer. I'm sorry to have a business that has everything to grow, since as a Peruvian, I love our food. Don't really want to come back because of the bad attention 🤷🏽♀️ the food was nice and the portion quite large.
Le pondría una estrella mas, pero el servicio al cliente no me gusto. La mujer que se encontraba en caja tenia una actitud arrogante. Le indique que por favor solo me diera el plato de fondo y dijo de mala manera que no porque tendria que anular la transacción y que seguramente lo estaban preparando (No había pasado ni dos minutos que habia pasado el pedido) le dije, que lo anulara ya que como todos sabemos no es un gran asunto 🙄 al finalizar dije gracias pero ni siquiera tuve una respuesta.
