Latin Flavor — Restaurant in Provo

I stumbled into this restaurant while waiting to tour one of the nearby buildings. I was ordering lunch at 10:15am so understandable not quite all the prep work was done and the food wasn't as fast as it probably would have been at a more normal lunch time. As a result I had to leave to go on the tour right before they brought out the food. I explained the situation to them and they we more than willing to let me go on the tour and then return to eat. Didn't even make my pay before I left. I came back about 45 minutes later and sat down to a big plate of Choripapas which was delicious and they even made sure it stayed hot for me. People are their main business, food is the side business here. I'd love to try out more...

They have Columbian and Mexican food and it was all delicious. They haven’t been open long but they put a lot of love into the food and you can 1000% tell by the way it tastes. Portion sized are well worth the money you pay and the food itself is not badly priced anyways.

The store owner was attentive, kind, and happy to hear our tho ughts about the food. He was ready to fix any issues we had with it. (Even though we had no issues). He even made us an empanada to try on the house and sat and talked with us for a while.

The owner and his family are incredibly welcoming and kind but what makes that better is how delicious their food is! They serve authentic Mexican AND Colombian food. It’s all homemade and flavorful. I felt like I was eating my grandmas food. I had a Colombian soda for the first time here and it was great trying something different. Their Colombian empanadas are filled with potato and ground beef and had a whole hard boiled egg in the middle. This place will be in my weekly rotation and I recommend it for everyone.
