April 11th, 2023, 7:30 p.m. The two employees, a middle-aged man and lady, were there as I walked through the door. They weren't very talkative, which was fine. But when I placed my order, they became even quieter. I tipped them 20%, yet as my pizza was being made I tried to talk with them and they became very rude to me. I asked them about several containers of cookie dough that they were selling that were 3 days past the expiration date. They acted angry towards me for noticing that. I asked them if they were going to throw it away, could I just have it to which they pretty much ignored my question. Then I tried to talk with him about his day and he said it wasn't busy. To which the lady began laughing. I didn't understand. Also, there was a baby crying in the kitchen . Isn't there a law against something like that ? What if the baby had a soiled diaper or whatever ? Isn't that unsanitary? She finished up my pizza and handed it to me, but I had to go back because they didn't include the baking directions for the pizza. I was very disappointed with the service I received and still understanding why I was treated like I was bothering them, asking them to do their job. I actually went back inside and asked them why they had treated me so rudely and why they were acting the way they were. The lady told me it was because she's having her period. Is that an excuse? Then the baby toddled out from the kitchen. I asked them why there was a baby in the kitchen. I asked them isn't that unsanitary? To which she said no it's fine. Would OSHA say...
Read moreIf I could give this a zero I would! I ordered from the website 1st time ever. It took me forever to order because of wanting certain items on each 1/2 of the pizza. I get through after about 45 min and doing it 3x’s. Arrive at the store only too find out that a cheese only pizza is ordered. The girl said I was just calling you. She tells me that they have a lot of problems with the website and that there isn’t a lot they can do about it. She calls the Mgr and they tell me too pay $2.50 for the toppings and they will refund the purchase back too me. I asked her many times if she was positive that was all and that the $27 and some odd change would be refunded by the Mgr the next day and she assured me it would. After not receiving the refund and 4-5 calls to the store and not being able to talk with Brandon the Mgr. 11 day later finally speak with him and he says I was only allowed a $7 refund. For a single lg pizza with less than 8 toppings total. At 9 pm we didn’t want the salad and desert pizza previously ordered. And that the girl absolutely never said she was calling me and promised a refund. She would never do that. I was never able too find her again at the store to ask for her assistance in getting my refund. I have worked good service and in the Customer Service Industry for over 35 yrs have never had as much trouble as I did with this store. The last time I went, and maybe the last time I go here, we had a butchered pepperoni. There was practically no sauce, the few pepperoni were stacked on each other, and everything was buried in cheese. Maybe this is fine with some customers, but I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was given a cheese monstrosity. You could barely see a pepperoni, my wife couldn't taste any sort of sauce at all, and it just didn't look appealing. Now, that wouldn't be so egregious if it were just a single pizza. But I got two of these. Two "pepperoni", but more of a cheese platter. Did the prep cook forget the cheese until the end and try to bury their mistake? Did someone think this was a good time to go heavy on the cheese? Was personal bias influencing what I was delivered? I don't know who made it, or why they did, but standards are there for a reason and this certainly didn't follow the Papa Murphy's standards I love and trust. I am let down, and I don't trust this location, and I'm hesitant to try the chain again on...
