We ordered Pionono burritos (they are with Amarillo - sweet plantain) and we received them quickly. They were ok so we decided to order more because the burritos are small. Nobody ordered anything before us so our new order should be done first. After our new order, new customers showed up who started to order food(more than 10 customers). They all received food before us. Those who dined in already finished and we still haven't received our order. After 50 minutes of waiting (i check the order time on the receipt) I went to the counter and asked for my order. They said that they don't have amarillos anymore and they cannot make the order. We wasted 50 minutes being hungry to be told that the order for which we paid almost an hour ago is not available.
