10/10 Found myself blind drunk needing some food last Monday. The local bar turned us away. Wendy’s looked like they had been closed for hours. Pulled the door at McDonald’s only to find out we missed them. Last ditch effort, try the drive through- on foot. Not only did these fine folks answer us, they agreed to cook us the most fabulous meal I’ve ever had. After walking past the window they even invited us inside to wait for our order. I’m talking Snack wraps 10/10 Spicy chicken sambo (spicy af) 10/10 Chicken nugs 10/10 Nothin but class at McDonald’s Luquillo, these folks deserve a raise. Made my whole trip to PR, will travel to see them again.

It took 20 minutes for 1 cappuccino that did not arrive (they ran out it seems) and 25 minutes for a happy meal to come out - Dine in was so slow - should have ordered using drive in. On top, these guys seem to be fudging the system by making the orders appear on the screen as ready way before they are even assembled.

Wanted to try Mcd in PR. Compared to the rest of the food available on the island, it makes the food hear taste very sad and stale. It is good if you are in a hurry. Otherwise, gets something fresher and better tasting. Staff was friendly. Drive thru wa only open at 8am

I usually rate McDonald's as 3-stars, but I had a really good experience at this one. The person on the drive thru speaker didn't understand that I wanted a vanilla shake instead of the strawberry they put in the system, so after trying to correct it a couple times, I gave up and pulled through to pay. When receiving my order, the person took my receipt to check he had the right order for me, and when he said strawberry shake, I pointed out that I had wanted a vanilla, but it was fine. He said he'd get me the vanilla, and also extra fries, which was...

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Today May 23rd at 7:10pm, I walked in with my husband and the manger, supervisor, and a worker literally ignored us and refused to take our order! They had their backs to us and pretended that we were not there. When we asked if someone would serve us, the manager finally turned around and said that they were busy with the drive through orders and were to busy to take our order, Wow! We were the only ones waiting at the counter! I have never seen such poor customer service...
