Brewtea House — Restaurant in Puyallup

This place is the best restaurant to get your Boba Smoothie. I love to get their Strawberry Coconut drink with Mango Popping Boba, Lychee Jelly, and Crystal Boba. The crystal boba is a harder texture compared to the popping boba. The popping does exactly as its name, explodes in your mouth full of flavor after collapsing into it from their large size straw. This fruity mix is AMAZING!!!!

Comparing the price to other places, it is cheaper and you end up getting more for your buck in comparison to other places only providing a tiny bit of boba that layers the bottom of the drink cup. There's so many options to try in a couple of different ways. I haven't tried the tea yet since I usually only purchase their smoothies.

Whenever I have a question about trying something new, each employee has been friendly to provide their opinion as well as a suggestion. One of the most helpful employees has been the darker skin girl with brunette curly hair. She's speedy with making her drinks and knows the entire menu. Despite having seen people be rude to her, she still carries herself well.

Whenever I go there and it's busy, she and the rest of the staff buzz around like busy bees trying to get everyone's order out in a timely manner while keeping the kitchen clean. Someone is always doing the dishes keeping all of the equipment spotless. If you're around the South Hill Mall and visit the food court, this place is a must to go to.

My only issue is that I went there at 8pm when the mall closes at 9pm and the place was already closed down with one employee left. She had mentioned that depending on how busy it is, they have to close up at 7:30pm or 8pm. This was the only time I wasn't able to get a drink from them when I went to the mall...

Mediocre fruit tea and also the service felt like they were forcing me to tip when I had to wait for the guy to walk to the front and serve me, theres also a bell at the front to let em know your there so it shouldn't be a long wait when theres no line but i had to wait too long to be satisfied yea the drinks are around 5-6$ for a large just go somewhere else but if i was already there i might get it again but not the boba pearls were extra chewy then the other places ived had fruit tea and boba btw i got the strawberry guava black tea the strawberry slices in the drink were the highlight...

Been here three times in the recent 3 weeks. The first time the service was pretty good. No one ever greets you…I’ve just looked around once she was in the corner behind the counter. The 2nd time , I thought it was closed, I watched 3 other ppl stop by and leave. Finally someone appeared. The guy appears after awhile. And just looks at you.
