Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Puyallup

One the worst experiences ever !! and I'm real sorry to say about a papa Murphy's franchise. And I'm a big papa Murphy's fan The food quality has always been excellent. And the service at other papa Murphy's puts this papa Murphy's to shame. We walked into the papa Murphy's at this location. At 8:45 PM on 03/04/2019. We were the only customers in the store at the time. We approached the blond haired girl at the register who was already counting the stores money out of the till. There was no greating of us the customers instead stated at us my Husband told the girl we wanted to order one pizza. She then slammed the drawer of the till so hard we thought the whole cash register was going to hit the floor. She was overwhelmingly rude. The smell of marijuana was coming from her I looked at her name tag she is the shift leader and I believe her name tag also said Mikayla. There was another girl also working there she made our pizza she was very nice. Unfortunately it does make up for the shift leader whom should be making a good example and representing papa Murphy's. .. I strongly advise going to another papa Murphy's franchise this one is horrible were one nasty employee. Thought it was okay to be rude and also counting the money from the till outside the register that is wrong in so many ways. We will not be going back...

So here's the thing, it's Papa Murphy's, the pizza is decent. Here's the problem, the employees don't pay attention to the order you place and they are really limited on what they are willing to do do make your order right when they do mess up. I placed an order that included a cheese bread (there are two types and we order one of each). One cheese bread arrived and the other did not. They charge a $6 delivery charge and have a $1 service fee. When I called to have my order corrected, first without even looking at my order I was told they sent the right order, which they did, it was just incomplete. When she did finally look it up and acknowledge the error on their part they were unwilling to deliver the item that THEY MISSED. I was told I could drive to them (again I paid an additional charge for delivery, and it’s not delivery if I come and pick it up, now is it?) or they could put it on my account for next time. I paid for delivery for a reason and would expect that they complete the order that I paid for. Really, really poor way to do business. Again, the food is good enough, but the customer service is garbage. They accepted my payment for the food, right? And I was charged for...

I don't know if I had a misunderstanding of what this place was. I got some coupons from them in the mail, they didn't work despite me fulfilling the requirements. Cool. I continued on because the pictures looked good, but that already left me feeling raw. I ordered some Calzones. I expected them to be cooked when I recieved them, and it to be delivered by the local restruant. It was given to doordash. When it arrived after an hour and some change, they were literally uncooked. If you're looking for your food to be hot and ready, check the competitors.
