Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Puyallup

So, it appears I was taught a new rule today. Apparently, if your personal cup has any coffee residue in it then they cannot accept it as a personal cup. It doesn't matter if the residue is from your first cup of coffee that you ordered there. Of course yesterday and the day before this apparently was not a rule because they had no problem accepting my Starbucks mug that had Starbucks coffee residue in it as a personal cup. Hey, but at least the barista offered to allow me to take my mug to the bathroom to rinse my mug out so she could accept it as a personal mug. Really, take it to a bathroom to rinse it out? Because that's cleaner then the coffee that I just finished that I had bought from Starbucks.

The store was clean, impeccably so and the food was... Starbucks food. Neither good nor bad. But the service was so bad that I would recommend that you go to the Starbucks inside the Fred Meyers in the same...

I'm giving this store a 5 stars because they have great customer service. They have messed up on my drinks a few times but they always make the moment right and never argue. One time I made a mistake on my part and they still fixed it and even gave me a drink on the house. They truly live by the motto. My favorite barista is Kat I don't know if she is a supervisor already but she needs a raise for her customer service. I met her one time and she was super friendly and genuine. The next time I came in (which is weeks later because I don't go often) she still remembered me and my son who was in the car and I didn't even have him with me that time which is amazing and shows she truly cares and wants to strive to connect with customers and make them feel at home. I recently moved to the Puyallup area and as a real estate agent I find myself working on the go. This is a great place to stop and get some desk work done before I get home.

The place is always super clean on entry, no matter how busy it is - Including the bathrooms. The service is top notch and staff is friendly, and I can always find a place to sit. Not to mention my coffees have been great! I typically order a couple of shots of espresso with cream, and at most Starbucks it's a 50-50 chance on it being good or too bitter. These guys have made my drinks great every single time... I'm really impressed and thankful to have this space...
