BigFoot Java — Restaurant in Puyallup

My husband and I always go here!! We love Bigfoot Java! Today my drink was made wrong and we understand because it was super busy! We got back in the very long line and let them know in the nicest way that the drink was made wrong! Immediately everyone question the girl who made it and then they tried to have her back and say they saw the girl make it right. The girl who made it wrong, told the woman talking to us that “it’s okay, we can make it again” one girl let us know it goes against their policy to remake and that they have signs to try the drink before u leave .. so now I know for next time, I’ll ALWAYS try it. Yet, a girl name Maddy was trying to not even have them remake it and was EXTREMELY RUDE! She gave the dirtiest looks at us and I shouted “Did I do something wrong, I feel like you don’t like us?” She heard me because all of them turned besides her. I even told them I wish they can taste it and see its coffee. I tried talking to maddy nicley. I just wanted her to understand that we wouldn’t get back in line if the drink was wrong.. I couldn’t say anything she just ignored us and then my husband tried putting the drink on their counter and he spilled the drink all over himself and the car. Maddy saw this happen and she turned to the girl and said “No, they drunk it” and Maddy turned to us with an attitude and shouted and said “No we need to see how much you drunk” i shouted back “you literally saw him spill it everywhere” She rolled her eyes and then I asked one girl for her name. I wish I could contact a manger! That was the rudest encounter! I hate customer service like that! I freaking even left a generous tip before I knew the drink was wrong and now I’m pissed! **Also just looked at the reviews and someone took a pic of Maddys face and said they had a horrible customer service...

I'm so mad right now! I've been a loyal customer of Bigfoot java since they first opened, at least in my area. Well about 18mi from my house lol but of course I went. So today like no other my mom and I go to get coffee and we ordered our coffee, I first ordered mine which was supposed to be a 16oz White coffee, HOT! SUPER super sweet Bigfoot extreme and then I ordered my sister's drink a 12oz blended White coffee mythical mocha, easy right? Then my mom ordered a 12oz mythical mocha, REALLY easy right? NOPE! Mom got a 12oz Luke warm, if that white coffee, mythical mocha! (Completely wrong btw!) Sister got a 16oz iced White, coffee super, super sweet, blended mocha! (Also completely wrong btw!) Then I got my coffee a 16oz iced no flavor, White coffee, Bigfoot extreme, ( which was also completely wrong!) it was the worst visit any of us have had at any coffee stand! I'm so disappointed right now, we paid almost 20 bucks for coffee none of us are gonna drink. Between 1-10 1 being the worst this is definitely a 2 and I give it that cause the girls were nice. I will stay loyal to my girls up at the Bonney Lake Bigfoot java but as far as any other Bigfoot I will NEVER EVER go to any of them!...

We usually have good luck with this stand, as we go there pretty often. Last night at around 5:20PM we went to get a 12oz Americano and a 12oz Mocha. The girls inside seemed very disinterested and appeared to be more busy flirting with other "customers". As we got our drinks and left, we noticed that both were poorly made. The Americano was luke-warm at best (probably used cold tap water) and the mocha was the same temp (but also had not been stirred). We took the drinks back and asked to have them remade, which the girl did promptly and made them better. As we were waiting for the drinks to be remade, we noticed more guys coming through to flirt with them without ordering anything and then followed by driving around the other side and whistling at them. It's one thing to not know how to make the espresso correctly, but please don't turn your workplace into a high school hangout to get hit on. A lot of people in Puyallup go by this stand on their way home and we don't want our time wasted while the girls have their friends swing by constantly to flirt (and not even...
