Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Puyallup

I hate to give this a two star but today was horrible. At first it was fine. Only one girl working and there was a line. So I was patient. 10 minutes go by and I still haven't been help but I am still okay. She finally gets some help. I finally get up to order and she informed me she has go get an ingredient that they ran out of, still fine I sit down, 20 minutes later she finally returns, has not one ounce of rush in her, and she stands there for 5 MORE minutes talking to someone. I really hope a manager contacts me regarding my situation. I went there today for the bogo buy one frappuccino get one free. I waited in line for 10 minutes and finally got up to the window and the lady said i would need the app to get the free one so i was advised to go around through the drive through again after downloading the app. I pulled to the side and waited 20 minutes and decided to just pay for the second one. I go up there and the frappuccinos they made us 20 minutes ago were completely melted and disgusting! Usually this Starbucks is Amazing must only be the morning workers because they are always so great. But today this afternoon I walked over from Fred Meyers with 40 minutes left to closing to get myself a drink and their doors are locked now the store says it doesn't close till seven why are the doors locked?
