TEAlicious — Restaurant in Puyallup

Got a simple blended option with boba, it was ok... The ice and tea immediately split leaving sweet liquid in the bottom with the boba and an unforgiving ice slurry up top. Not sure if this means there was too much ice or not enough ice in the blend. And this wasn't because I left it to melt, I was already drinking it as I was leaving the store.

Also fwiw, this place does not have the plastic seal on top of the drinks, so if you're like me and you like to give it a good shake to disperse the boba in the blend before you start drinking, you can't. It was just one of those domed lids, kinda like a slurpee.

Presentation was good, service was fast and kind, my only gripe I guess is that the final product, the thing I actually went there for, was basically just... Fine. It's not the closest boba shop to my house so, will I go back just to get their stuff again? No. But if I'm near them and the craving hits, might I go back? Uhhh, well, ya know,...

100% honest review here. My son and I meet here often because we absolutely feel that they have the best Banh Mi in the Tacoma area. He and I have made it a mission to search for the best and have eaten at many highly rated place and this one wins (so far... we are still on the hunt to compare). My one and only complaint is that there is no comfortable tables to sit at and enjoy your food. He and I like to hang out and talk for awhile. The furniture at this place is like cheap lawn furniture. This place would be perfect if they would install some comfortable seating and get rid of the teeny bop decor. I know most of their clientele just grab and go, however comfortable seating and a more welcoming decor might change that. I have to say that the man who mostly serves us (I assume the owner) is SUPER friendly and remembers us every time. The other staff is likewise very good. We love this place. If only we could sit comfortably...

Customer service here was excellent. I think there's some really good people that work there. However portion sizes for the meat on the sandwiches we purchased were terrible. I ordered three pork sandwiches, and each one came with two slices of barbecue pork. This is the same kind of pork that I typically see with the Chinese BBQ pork with ketchup and spicy mustard.

The sandwiches were not cheap and unfortunately unless they change their portion sizes for meat in particular, myself and my family will not be going back.

Again, customer service was excellent, and maybe this was just an off day, or somebody didn't really know that there should have been more but my review and rating will stay until I see otherwise in a possible future experience if they are willing to...
