Disgusting chicken wings . Old dry and hard.I had ordered 2 xl pizzas and 2 (24) orders of wings. The barros pizza specialty was just not made properly. It look like a pepperoni pizza. WINGS were just Terrible. Since it was Halloween night it took 2 hours for the order to be ready. I was ok ..I understood the situation. I took my kids trick or treating meanwhile .At 8 pm. Was my promised time.The store would close at 9 pm that day. I when to the store to pick up. I noticed I was missing another box of wings. I asked and they lady went to the back and bought me two boxes back. When I got home . Everyone hungry and ready to eat, opened the wings. And they were worst from the first box. I was given another persons wings from 6:00pm. It even said the name of the person Liliana. And the two given boxes had a different number than the other boxes.The ones that were āfreshly madeā were just sad to look at .Imagine the 6 pm ones . Cold , dry, and hard. They were just not eatable my kids just tried to eat some because they were hungry and really wanting wings and pizza. I paid $96 not worth it . The pizza was ok. They are it just the wings they only ate 2 each . The worst. I am just not lucky I guess. August 22, 2022 I went for my sons 13 birthday and had a bad experience in store dinning. The pizza was served, but my wings and pasta was just not served until the pizza was finished and I had to go asked for the pastas and the wings. That day the wings were actually good and the pizza as well :) just the customer service was not. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate 4/5/25... Just like my last review we ordered EXTRA blue cheese dressing (it even says it right on the receipt / order) and NO BLUE CHEESE!! I sent my daughter to go pick it up and she did not check the order while in the store, she brings it home and we were given all ranch (4) and zero blue cheese. I don't think these kids that work there even pay attention to a single thing! I can't keep spending this kind of money for this bad of service. Oh, and the wings were really dry. I used to like their wings but not so much anymore, they have gotten worse. This was at the Queen Creek Barro's.
Original review We placed a large order for pickup to watch the football game and I specifically asked for blue cheese dressing for all my sets of wings. When I picked up my order I asked Courtney if the boxes had all blue cheese and she said yes I remember I took your order and these all have blue cheese. Instead of checking them myself I trusted her (she should have verified right in front of me but chose not to) and went on my way. Got home and had 6 containers of ranch and not a single blue cheese. I called down and talked with Courtney hoping she would help me out... But no, I was out of luck on my favorite blue cheese dressing with no resolution. Sometimes I wonder if there's any adult supervision in that store when I'm there. Very disappointed with my experience and I have been going there for 10 years. I will be paying more attention to my orders...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen going here for years. Today's experience was shocking! I sat down with my two slices of pizza grabbed the parmesan cheese shaker and out poured ants! All over my food. I immediately took the plate and shaker up to the counter. Then I had to wait. One employee went to the back/ kitchen and then returned and simply asks what slices I had. I was taken back by the low regard expressed for my experience. So I told her the slices, and decided that the manager will probably make an appearance at my table later to try and make this right. Surprisingly, I did eat the new slices offered to me, (no permesan this time.) Killed several ants at the table now crawling around. Not a single visit or concern shown at all, ever! Why couldn't the manager come out and show concern that his restaurant was infested with ants? I'm thinking that this may be a normal occurrence? As I left I let an employee know that there were still ants on the table where the shaker was. No eye contact, just the words, "Ok, I'll let the manager know." Then back to the routine. I will find it difficult to ever come here again due to the in action/ concern for a problem like this. They apparently didn't want to hear my frustration and disappointment at their restaurant, so hopefully they can see it here. Beware of ant infested parmesan cheese shakers, and don't expect to have any of your concerns...
