We had heard about this place from a friend and decided to take our family of 5 on a Saturday evening to give it a try. They were busy, but the staff was super friendly. They allowed us to sample a couple of flavors without rushing us. The kids ended up getting root beer, sour apple, and pina colada mixed with ice cream (this mixture has a name that I don't recall). The ice and gelato were super delicious, the only reason for 1 star down is the speed at which the service was. It was very slow as there was only one girl working. I completely understand the staffing issues everyone is facing right now however, I believe the owners were there, one lady was in the back and a gentleman was on his laptop with a company shirt on sitting at a table. If you have 5 people in line for over 10 min I would think one of them would have jumped in to help but they didn’t. Everyone runs there Buisness different so just my opinion on the visit.
