Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Queen Creek

I hate to give Jersey Mike's a bad review but it's what they deserve. 1st time to this Jersey mikes are 1st impression walking in there was a lot of food on the floor and the tables very dirty obviously we assume they just had a rush,NO they just don't care why because We ordered roast beef but they were out of it that's OK it happens . we ordered a turkey sub 5 slices of turkey not cool the sub roll was so hard you could knock on it lol with your hand and i had to give it back to them, I ask how does this happen the guy with the Beard blamed it on the morning crew. When he made the sandwich and wrapped it he obviously could feel how rock hard the roll was even one of the employees said that is pretty hard he knew what he was serving they need to retrain the guy with the beard I love Jersey Mike's but we will never come back to this one it's not managed well at all . I bought 2 subs with my points that means i am a good customer. we gave him the subs back and they actually gave us cash because there so called manger said mmm I don't know how to give back points so here is cash. Yes I walked into Jersey Mike's and walked out with cash no sub 😆. I would have loved a sub not cash I go to Jersey Mike's because of the condistancy they once had back to Jimmy John's, and...

Walking into this restaurant, it projected itself as a nice and clean restaurant. The area of waiting was small, though, so the line seems longer than it is. There were four things that caught my attention while in this restaurant today. The first being the selection for toppings, if you want toppings you can have lettuce, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, and pickles. As someone who is on the prowl for great subs, this was definitely a disappointment. Following this, the flavor was definitely bland, especially for the out of the market prices. Price is definitely something I look into when going to a new restaurant, and was extremely disappointed by the price for the flavor of food we got. Finally, my most concerning point of all is the fact that they slice meat and cheese on the same wheel. As someone who eats a vegetarian diet most of the time, this totally offset me from the restaurant chain. This also poses a giant allergy threat for others. 3 of us went in to get sandwiches 1 giant 13, 1 Regular 13, and 1 Regular 14, First none of the employees acknowledge any of when came in. The next was they only had Wheat and Rosemarie bread. When making the 14 they had no onions a few tomatoes the person asked how I wanted it I didn't even get a chance before they started to put oil and vinegar I stopped them and side mayonnaise and pickles . They aging tried to put Italian spices never asked told them salt and pepper only The 13 giant was to be Mike's way they asked what we wanted told them 3 times Mike's way. The 13 Regular they finally got it right Mike's way. The last part was when we went to pay they rang it up and walked away to work on other people's sandwich. Then was asked if it was to go or dine in said to go they they realized I was still waiting to pay. Didn't feel right paying by card so we paid cash.
