When we came in, nobody even greeted us. When they were giving our orders, it’s my first time experiencing that kind of rudeness. Instead of giving the food in a nice way, the girl actually threw the bag of my coffee roll to me and didn’t even say a thing at all and just turn her back to me. This was my first time giving a review in any business establishment cause we were so upset. They need TRAINING or the people there need new jobs! They give you give you undesirable looking food, give unacceptable excuses each time they got the orders wrong; like burnt and hard home fries returned to them and they say “ we make them in bunches of 60 something” I don’t care! The process and why I am given food badly made is not my matter as a customer. You chose the burnt fries (5-6 pieces). They make horrible coffee/ice coffee is horrible.
