I came across this little take-out kimbap restaurant on my way to grab groceries at the Kamman supermarket. The restaurant is new, super clean and a family-owned business. I was thrilled to have found a place close to home that had homemade, tasty kimbap since I’m horrible at making kimbap. I ordered the kalbi, kimchi and spicy pork kimbap. All rolls were really yummy, better than the ones selling at the Korean markets, which have been refrigerated for days. They use fresh, authentic and quality ingredients, made by a real Korean eomma. Amazing kim bap. The shop is located inside of Kam Man, just past the inner entrance. So far I’ve tried the bulgogi, the spicy pork, the tofu, and the kimchi. I love that each one is delicious in its own way and it’s always so fresh! The couple that run the shop are also wonderful people.
