I’m a Japanese foodie, and my Chinese friend brought me to this place. He said he loved Quincy and that this was his go-to dim sum spot—and he was absolutely right! As soon as we walked in, I noticed that everyone there was Asian. If I weren’t Asian, I might have felt out of place, but this only reassured me that the food would be authentic—and it truly was!
All the dim sum was incredibly chewy in the best way, while still bursting with juicy seafood flavors. Every dish we tried was amazing, and the portions were huge! Honestly, some were even better than what I’ve had in Hong Kong. When we got the receipt, it was written entirely in Chinese, which made me even more convinced of its authenticity. This was real Cantonese dim sum!
I should have found this place earlier! If you’re Asian, don’t miss this spot, and if you’re not, bring your Asian friend! Forget the touristy, Americanized dim sum places in Chinatown—this is definitely our go-to for...

My bill was $30.05, and I gave $38 (a 25% tip). Instead of thanking me, the server demanded more money, standing with her hand out. Rude and unacceptable.
Previous Visit (With My Elderly Father): The bill was $55, and my dad paid with $100. The server asked if he "needed change back"—obviously, he wasn’t tipping $45! When she returned with change, she stood there and waited. He gave her $15, then she still stood there waited until he added $5 more to walk away.
This is shameful behavior—especially toward seniors. Servers should never harass customers for bigger tips. The food may be good, but the aggressive tipping demands ruin the experience. Management needs to train staff better. Until this changes, I...
Read moreQuality of food and service has been drastically declining. My family has been going there for many years. However, we will no longer support them for inflating prices and declining service and food quality.
The noodle dishes served were left over from the previous day, and the texture was definitely off. Portions have been smaller each time we visit. Our party size was 8 people, and they charged our table a party size of 10 people & raising the price of each person by $2 each.
Sad to see the quality of this restaurant chip away at the community it claims it serves.
Many other dimsum restaurants in the area would be better than coming here. Don't waste your time, appetite, money, and sanity....
