Subway — Restaurant in Quincy

I come to this location from time to time for the past 3 years. Sad to share that I asked the male to wash his hands first. He got an attitude and proceeds to put hand sanitizer on his hands. I said sir I meant hot water & soap. He washes them with an attitude. As her dries his hands with the paper towel for too long he thought I did not notice that her wiped the paper towel under his left under arm and continues to dry his hands with it again. I walked out. I will definitely be notifying the Health Department. I am trying to figure out why would he be so upset about this....

I walk past this location often. I've attempted to eat here a few times for the past few years. Just assuming the moronic and ignorant staff would have to be rotated. But, no, which means they must be family of the franchise owner. They make sandwiches like they have never heard of turkey before. Or what a meatball is. Then forget the cash register. And they are inept at using the app or rewards card etc. I don't understand how this place...

The Manager/Owner was a Perfect Gentlemen! I found it strange that all of these healthy young folk were wearing masks and I at 65 do not wear a mask! As a franchise they no longer honor coupons because of inflated prices of numerous foods they use which is understandable...Great...
