This dominos pizza doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I ordered food from there just Alfredo and wings and I used the tracker to track my food. At 8:56pm it said they were on their way. They are 2.4 miles away from me, but because of my medicine for chemo, I couldn’t drive to go pick it up. They didn’t get to my house until 9:26pm with my order... only because I called the manager asking where my food was. She said she’s on the way. 3 minutes later, my food was at my door and the delivery person was rude. The manager told me to call her back if there was any issues with my food and it was cold so I called them. I was polite in telling the manager that my food arrived 30 minutes after it said it was on its way and that my food was cold. She asked me “what do you want me to do about it” rudely. I asked her if she could bring me hot food and she said well okay and was not polite about it. It took my food all around to be made and come to my door in about 20 minutes, not sure why it couldn’t have been before. At this point I was beyond furious.. When the delivery person got there she asked to see the food because she said her manager said so. I said well can I have my food first? She said no. So I went and got her the food and showed her there was only one bite each. I put the food on the ground inside my house so I can get my hot food. When I got my food she asked for the cold food back really disrespectfully and I told her no because she wasn’t being respectful. She got mad and said the manager said I need to bring it back. I told her that legally I don’t have to and it’s not my fault you guys took too long to bring me my food and are so disrespectful to me. I tried to close the door and she put her foot inside my house to block the door. She said, “I’ll call the police for theft”. My sister who had already ate dinner stood up and told her, “I was a manager of a delivery food and we never asked for the food back from the customer. It was our mistake, not theirs”. The lady got mad and tried to push her way through the door and I slammed it on her closing the door and locking it. I could have called the cops for her trying to trespass in my home. Should I have just given them the food, sure, but by law I don’t have to and with the way they treated me, I wasn’t going to. Police never showed up to my door and I’m...
Read moreTERRIBLE experience with this 675 Knox Blvd's location manager at 1:15pm on 12 Dec 2021. 1 star because the delivery driver was kind, and the original worker who answered the phone tried to be polite at first. This review is based on my experience as a former CSR at 2 different Domino's Pizza locations.
The male manager was extremely rude and cursed me on the phone. He was condescending, and rage-refunded us rather than answer the simple question: why didn't you let the customer ordering a "specialty Hawaiian" pizza know your location was out of red bell peppers, so they could order a different pizza? This would have been simple for them to do as we ordered over the phone. That's one opportunity to let your customer know you're out of ingredients, and another is after seeing our order on the shoulder-surf screen.
The male manager(not sure if it was GM) on this shift was extremely passive aggressive("I didn't know that a $0.05 topping was such a big deal" "$0.05 damned cents", etc. "I KNOW the ingredients"), when the solution was simple- stop making the pizza when you see you're missing an ingredient on the shoulder-surf screen and call the customer to check if they want a different pizza- which is what both Domino's I've worked at always did.
He claims to have refunded my mom- I'll check later. His behavior won't be included on any customer notes in the Point of Sale system, so here it is for potential Domino's Pizza customers. Order from a different Kentucky franchise.
My mom's been loyal to Domino's ever since I worked there as a teenager, and has repeatedly ordered from this Domino's in Radcliff rather than the Pizza Hut that's 4 mins from us on Ft. Knox. This interaction will be the last time we order from this 675 Knox Blvd location and Domino's Pizza Kentucky in general.
TL;DR Manager was extremely rude, cursed me on the phone, and hung up after rage-refunding rather than give guest the option to order a different pizza as this location was out of red bell peppers. Bad...
Read moreI've been ordering from the knox Blvd store for 20+ years on and off, today I placed an order waited regular amount of time till the delivery box was open on the tracker..so I'm waiting..still waiting..I received a call from the driver he stated that his GPS sent him to some god forsaken place and wanted me to tell him where I was at (an attitude was building in his vocabulary as we spoke) so I started naming off street names, he then said "I don't know the street names around here" so ok I'll give you directions without street names, the street your store is on leads to 31w a 4 lane highway. He said he doesn't know where that Is (a real screw up vibe is spewing thru the phone now) he again said I don't know the GD roads around so I said then maybe you shouldn't be delivery pizzas then, the phone goes silent the delivery driver was Michael from the knox dominos at 9:30 pm on Monday night july 25, 2022
So after the way the phone call went I knew I was dealing with someone that shouldn't be dealing with the public let alone handling my food, I canceled the order even after the manager tried to remake the order Which...
