Dominic's NY Pizzeria — Restaurant in Raleigh

Have eaten and ordered here quite a few times and have had a decent experience until tonight. Ordered online through Slice and after waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery I called them. They answered the phone and said they were closed. I told them my order was over an hour and half ago and I'm still waiting. The person on the phone kept talking to the driver and trying to tell me the driver rang my doorbell, called me, and nobody answered. After a few minutes or arguing with them like it was my fault, they verified my address and phone number. Sure enough, they had gone to the wrong address and called the wrong phone number. They were "so sorry they messed up". A sorry doesn't cut it. After waiting close to 2 hours a customer shouldn't have to argue for 5 minutes to get a refund when they screwed up. Try being a better business in the first place and maybe try making it up to the customer with more than a sorry. They have lost a...

Went to Dominic's on Sunday evening to get some pizza. We decided to dine-in. Our total came to $41.71 which included (2) 12 inch pizzas and 3 bottled soft drinks. We chose the bottled drinks because a majority of the self serve fountain drinks were out of order. The bottled drinks were a bit warm even though they were in a refrigerated cooler. After paying, we proceeded to sit and wait for our pizza. The tables weren't clean. We were the only dine-in patrons in the place. I guess preparing numerous Doordash orders were more important that us because we waited more than 30 minutes for our food. The guy at the counter then came and gave us some free garlic knots because they hadn't even started to make our pizzas. That was okay, but that was not what I wanted. I went for dinner tonight and the owner was a prick. I used a coupon not aware that I could not eat in an use the coupon to get a large drink. My 5 year old decided she wanted to eat there instead of going home. Had the cashier said this for take out only it would not haven been an issue I would take took my order to go. When the owner delivered my food he told me I should not have the soda it is for take out I informed him I did not know and that cashier did not mention that to me and he told me to put the soda bottle on the floor so the other customers would not see it. He was becoming verbally aggressive I said to him are we really doing this over a soda and that I can pay full price for the soda since he felt like i was trying to get over on him.
