I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I received at your store on July 30th 2023. My experience at your establishment was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
Upon entering your store, I was not acknowledged or greeted by any of the staff, despite walking around for a considerable amount of time. Subsequently, when I attempted to return a pair of Chanel shoes, which had been ordered by my personal shopper from another location, I was met with what I can only describe as abysmal customer service. The individual handling my return transaction barely communicated with me and seemed to treat me with a complete lack of respect or courtesy.
As I was leaving the store, I encountered another representative who, in stark contrast, was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not manage to obtain her name, but I was grateful for her assistance. However, what followed next was deeply unsettling. My children noticed that we were being closely monitored, with one of your representatives seemingly following us and then observing from a distance as we left the premises. This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.
Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and has left me with a feeling of deep dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, and I certainly did not receive the level of service that your establishment purports to offer.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the behavior of your staff. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these issues and prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions that will be taken to address this matter. I hope for a swift resolution and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the customer service standards at your store.

   Read moreI purchased a bag for almost $400. Within a month of purchase, and only four uses the zipper popped off. They told me they would make a one time exception to refund the bag, and noted that it had been used, the zipper was broken, and the tag was removed. Based on this assurance, I repurchased the purse new and sent the used bag for return. I called multiple times about the return and they kept telling me to wait for the refund. I found out almost 16 days after I sent the return when I called again, that the return department had rejected the bag as it had signs of use. Apparently marks and a smell??? The word âusedâ connotes signs of usage but apparently I was supposed to detail every mark or smell from my four times use. They dumped it back in the box I sent it without even placing it back in the dust bag and shipped back to me without notifying me of anything. I had no idea it was sitting in the box by my front door front for days. After calling multiple times, they made me wait two full days for an answer, and after I demanded an answer on the third day, their âleadershipâ team refused to refund me. They would not speak with me and used the agent as a shield telling me to literally accept this atrocious situation. I was further told they make no guarantee about the quality of the products they sell even though they sell designer products. I wasted precious money, energy, and timeâŚbeware of poor customer service and throwing away money on poor quality products that should be of good quality due to the goodwill of the brand names.    Read moreVery courteous staff, Dan, Anthony M. & Andy are all expertise and greet me as well as provide email updates and contact me whenever there are store sales. Andy, the Bond No 9 boutique expert is very knowledgeable on men's fragrances including Bond No 9 & Creed. He provides me travel samples as well for trips after purchases. And Dan & Anthony Mosley are longtime favorites as well and always offer bottled water on my visits and just go out their way to provide personal attention w/one-on-one service. The Raleigh area has very limited upscale men's shopping w/exception of stores like Liles & Nordstrom. However, Saks is by far the best, upscale men's shopping, customer service experience I've had! My only grip is the store location and size, as well as selection diversity of this store isn't up to par w/Saks store in bigger cities, like DC, Dallas, San Fran, L.A, etc. I think this store would thrive in a better mall like Southpointe in Durham or possibly Crabtree. However, for a place like Raleigh, it will due. Nevertheless, a very nice and gracious staff keeps me coming back. One of the best & very few places, in Raleigh, a city not keen on men's fashion, to find upscale men's designer clothing! Nice...
