Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

Came in ordered ,used the bathroom and left came back around 10 minutes later and the cashier told me "oh good you're back because I wanted to tell you with all due respect mam ,you made a complete mess of our bathroom."he said I left it so bad and when I mentioned it could have been someone who came in after me he said that it had to be me because the door is code locked as if many other employees werent also there and could have opened it for other customers or themselvesls. it's so unprofessional to try to reprimand a customer and bring it up(even if I had done that ,which I didnt) to the customer .he made it seem like he walked in on a massacre .Idk if he's referring to the toilet not wanting to flush all the way or what but that was humiliating.i apologized anyways because he kept talking about it and I was embarrassed cuz there was other customers around .he said it's ok just next time clean up after yourself cuz that was really bad and then just proceeded to ask me what my order was. I have never been told by any establishment ,store or person that I have left a mess . idk if he's a clean freak and says that to customers often but I find...

On today, 7/22/24 My husband placed an order for a large pizza and when coming home, the pizza was burnt! I mean a large burnt circle in the middle of the pizza. What’s sad is that, it isn’t like it wasn’t noticeable as you are placing it in the box. Nothing about the pizza was salvageable. To actually box it and expect a family to eat that is truly a smack in the face. My husband called the location and they said they would remake it. More time that is being taken away from our children to eat. This time the new pizza didnt have a burnt center but yet burnt throughout the entire pizza. When asked for the manager, he said “what’up” to my husband and he told him and he needed to talk to him. The manager continued to prep food and not stop to settle a concern from a customer. Or he could of stated I will be with you in just a moment. My husband just grabbed the pizza and left due to the fact he was upset and didnt want to escalate things. We are truly disappointed in the product and the lack of customer care...

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza with extra sauce. Got home and opened the box only to find a black dried up mess! Disgusting! Called the restaurant requesting another pizza only to be told that the manager said they would not make us another pizza! So we drove back to the restaurant only to speak to some poor kid that the manager had answer the door because he wasn’t man enough. He eventually came to the door. I showed him the dried burned up mess and told him I had worked in a pizza restaurant and that mess would never have left the restaurant! He had virtually nothing to say!
