Guthrie's Golden Fried Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Raleigh

Tried Guthrie’s for the first time today on my way home from work and it did not disappoint! I ordered the 4-finger combo — everything was hot, fresh, and the toast was so good (definitely my favorite part!).

But honestly, what will bring me back even more than the food was the team. You could see that the leadership team was present, engaged, and truly supporting their staff during the lunch rush. I even overheard one leader kindly reminding an employee to make sure they wished guests a great day — and both the tone and response were genuinely pleasant.

It’s always refreshing to see hands-on leadership and a positive work environment, especially at a brand-new location. I hope this amazing energy continues well beyond the grand opening. Great job,...

Well, today we were driving by and saw cars and people at Guthrie’s. I thought they didn’t open until tomorrow, so we turned around. Jonathan greeted us outside and informed us it was friends and family day. So, I leaned over to tell him how excited I’ve been for them to open. I’m from Alabama, and this is hands down my favorite chicken place. Kindly, Jonathan said that’s good enough—southern hospitality at its finest. We went in and got two boxes and sweet tea. It is everything I remember. The sauce is unmatched by any other chicken place. I mean, look at those crispy, golden fried chicken tenders and fries. The toast is so buttery. Got to try this for lunch, order the original box combo and sandwich for my husband..

Chicken texture is soft the breading for ME is salty..the Guthrie s sauce can’t settle down the taste of saltiness but the coleslaw did which is great and the toast.

My husband sandwiches had big bun with lettuce and sauce, he didn’t finish the bun as is too big.

Choice of drinks available, with sweet tea and unsweetened.

Parking is ample, love the idea of their drive thru which is similar to other chicken chain..

Staff is alert and nice, but got to repeat the name of my order as she can’t heard from the music at the back.
