The place is clearly understaffed. Especially in the morning. I’ve stopped by several mornings around 6am and order off of the mobile app. The “drive thru is down” 75% of the time first thing in the morning(probably due to staffing)
1st incident: Ordered drive thru off app- Lady told me drive thru was down. I replied with “oh. It’s a mobile order!” “Uh. Okay? And I said the drive thru was down? Come inside.” I orders off the app for convenience and still waited roughly 15 minutes for my food. — didn’t think much about it .. it’s fast food. It happens.
2nd incident: Drive thru was available and I was in and out.
3rd incident: A nicer lady said on the drive thru speaker, “I’m sorry but the drive thru is down right now. I’m sorry sorry.” Came inside and grabbed my food almost immediately.
4th incident: sat at the drive thru intercom with my window down waiting for someone to speak. I hear a lady faintly say something and then she repeated herself “if you can speak English. The drive thru is down and you’re going to need to come inside.” She was taking a mobile pick up order to the car at the time. I went inside and grabbed my order in about 2-3 minutes. The lady handling my food had no gloves on and was talking on the phone with someone.
Like I said. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant in 2025 — especially a main stream one like McDonalds, keeping staff may be difficult— but at least have a way for the workers to toggle off drive thru orders until a certain time on the app if they are not staffed accordingly...
Read moreService is really slow , I thought the kiosk were there to make their job easier without having to take everyone’s order, but it seems to make it worse in this location. I have gave this location a chance twice, but won’t go ever again. My first experience I had to physically go behind the counter to get someone in order for me to pay , this was after I stood there for 10 minutes and even asked out loud if someone could come to the register. It took 2 different people to help me bc it seems as some employees don’t know what they’re doing. My food was put on the mobile order pick up station and when I asked for sauce I was given attitude. Received my food and items were missing. My second time I went in placed my order on the kiosk bc no one ever seems to be up front. After 10 minutes of me waiting a customer asks another customer how long they’ve been there for and there were there for over an hour. Finally a manger came once she seen people were piling up and asked how long everyone was there for and the people who were there for over an our ended up not getting what they ordered bc “they didn’t have that anymore” . I had placed my order as a dine in and we were told “come up and get it because we don’t have the time for that”. My food was finally done after 30 minutes and it was...
Read moreI sent my boyfriend to McDonald's at 10pm because I haven't eaten anything all day and was aware that you can do mobile pick-up if you don't have a car and are walking the dog so he had a few problems with the app and tried to see if he could just order at window since drive through was still open and I don't know what kind of person would put a human being through this all because they walked? After being told no he tried the mobile app one more time and paid for it and was still refused by the woman in drive through and told to leave after he already paid for his food and she even had the audacity to say that if he would have done that first he would have gotten his food. I don't know what type of person it takes to deny someone food because they were walking a dog and did mobile pick-up and is now being refused food even after already paid. He called me and by now he is really upset and we haven't eaten all day and nothing is open, that was so cruel and I read some recent reviews and see that this has happened before over getting someone's order wrong. Who do you think you are to tell a customer that and continue to keep them from just buying some food? An evil one that has a screwed up way of thinking and it feels like...
