Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

UPDATE: While the manager did contact me regarding my experience and offered me my same order on the house, they botched the pizza by adding onions even though the box and receipt specifically say mushroom and jalapeno. So needless to say that went to waste because I absolutely hate onions on pizza. Thanks but no thanks papa john's.

Let's see...I had placed my order online like I always do. Since I work 3rd shift my options are very limited. I order from this location a lot. Last time I tried to order they called to tell me that they only had one driver and my order would take 2 hours. Obviously I was annoyed but appreciated the heads up. This time, however, I was not given a phone call or reason why they had cancelled my order. Instead, I was sent an email to let me know that they decided to cancel my order. I don't know about you, but this is completely unacceptable! I have been a loyal and valuable customer for a long time and to be discarded like I didn't even matter to big bad papa johns really rubs me the wrong way. This location habitually lets me down. If I were able to switch locations in my app I would happily do so. I want it on record that this location does not value its customers. They are inconsistent and unprofessional and would benefit greatly from a visit from their district or...

I order pizza here all the time this is my second time I had the same incident took over 2’hrs for my food to come just for the manager to say he had a lot of deliveries he is coming then I call back and surprisingly “oh he came but no room number” typically before completing my order u get that information from me which was given to a new employee which was not accompanied by manager kept putting me on hold to figure out how to put in my order then manager apologizes and offers me a free order food was out 3 hrs later only for my wings to me barbecue instead of hot and no sauce with my cheese sticks when I ordered extra and no 2 litter since I ordered one the first tome being that it’s free they can give me my food sloppy when I was paying from the begging it’s there fault it’s free because they took to long manager sounds Hispanic time is 7:56pm manager June 5th 2019 whoever that is doesn’t need to be In management rushed my food out with nothing I ordered I’m a regular customer but the past 2 times dealing with this manager I’m very dissatisfied and will no longer be...

Update,I tried this location one more time a year later. I ordered a large with 5 toppings. Pepperoni, sasuage,mushrooms, onions peppers. I got mostly a cheese pizze. Pizza did not look like any photos the show on tv. I was luck if I got half a peice of Pepperoni on every other slice. Since this inflation by Biden administration, everyone has cut back on quanty,volume or size. But still continue to raise prices. This was my last time.

I ordered at the counter and got a large single topping and added 1 more ,$11.99 was my total. They brought it out to me in 15 minutes. Delivery for the same pizza last week was 21 dollars. ??
