The worst experience at any Penn station I have ever visited. I purchased two sandwiches both were terrible. The two staff who were very over worked obviously had a lot in there hands. I ordered a turkey sandwich: lettuce, tomato, onions, and banana peppers: mayo, light olive ole and vinegar. I repeated my order to the gentleman twice told him the type of bread I wanted twice asked me my condiments twice. He was clearly on atop pilot due to how busy it was. I arrived at the store at 9:30pm and did not receive my food until 9:15pm. As I witnessed the two workers make my food one person was constantly picking up a receipt off the floor, cashing out customers, holding the cash register screen with the same gloves to make the sandwiches. When I arrived home and looked at my sandwiches I did not have the condiments I ordered. I was appalled that after going over the order three times including the time I was asked mid point of sandwich making if I asked for light olive oil and vinegar and still did not receive that nor mayo was COMPLETE waist of my time. I work 12 hours a day and I manage to remember hand hygiene, customer service skills and orders or task I am asked to do. I am disgusted at the waist of time spent. This location needs help in the evenings and training on hygiene you can’t use the same gloves to make a sandwich that you used to pick something off the ground and...
Read moreA good addition to the Hillsborough St restaurant scene. Prices are at the low end of the Hillsborough range for lunch, but overall lunch prices on Hills are just too high for students, which is why places don't stay open very long. Unfortunately the cheesesteak I ordered came with brown mustard on it, so much brown mustard that it basically tasted like brown mustard. Actually made my eyes water a little. Now, I like brown mustard, but I really wanted to taste the cheese and the steak and the mushrooms and the onions, which is what you order a cheesesteak for. Like Facebook privacy settings, though, you have to specify what toppings you DON'T want, rather than the ones you do, which is a lot to ask if you've never eaten there before. I'd advise all visitors to specify no brown mustard. The sandwich looked great and I'll definitely be back to try again, so the fifth star might get added at some future point. The fries are awesome and they have malt vinegar so you can fix 'em up like you're at Thrasher's down-y ocean, and I'd come back for...

It takes about five minutes to get back home. I pick the bag up and notice my fries look bad like old . Then I look on the bag and notice red like blood. After that looked again to see if it was any sauce open. That was not the cast the cast was blood dries not sauce . So I took a picture of it before the blood was destroyed. I go get peroxide and poured it on to the bag it was blood and here we go it fizzle right on up.
