The Peach Cobbler Factory — Restaurant in Raleigh

We got the coconut cream pudding shake and it tasted just like a coconut creme pie. It was delicious and half off because it was Monday. They have specials for different days of the week which I really appreciate bc the desserts are a bit pricy but it’s offset by the amount of food you get. I mean look at this cookie! It’s the size of a personal cake! It’s huge! It was the Oreo crunch cookie and cost $5 but for the size it’s definitely worth it. Compared to insomnia cookies across the street which has regular sized cookies for $3.50 -$4.50. This cookie was more than twice the size. So it’s definitely worth it as far as bang for your buck goes.

But I didn’t come here to review the food; I just came here to comment on how nice the manager of this establishment was. I didn’t get his name but he said he drives from mebane every day and is also the manager at the Burlington store ( I hope they are paying him well bc that’s a long way to drive and he made my visit so much better than it could have been). He was super nice and very personable. I know some people don’t want to have to talk to people serving them food but I think it’s really nice when someone takes a genuine interest in you while you are waiting for your cookie. Went here for the first time! Saw it on TikTok & drove here just for this, luckily we were not disappointed 😭

We were greeted upon entering. Very helpful, very polite, explained the whole menu to us. Made recommendations for what we should try.

Place is super cute inside! Small, so wouldn't recommend for dinning in for a group over 2 or 3. Portion size is reasonable for the cookie and waffle. I think the flights should come in the iced cream container for the price but I think everything else is spot on!

We got lucky to find parking right up front, drive slow going through there cause you may past it but luckily you can hit a traffic circle to go back.

I am so glad this place is an hour away because I would def have a bigger back if it was close!!!! We wanted to try everything on the men.... & almost did 😅 The peanut butter & praline waffle was the combo I never knew I needed! The best. The waffle was very fluffy & delicious. Did not make it home 🤣 The cookie was grainy like but moist. Idk but it was good. My husband said it's the best peach cobbler he's had, I just tasted the crust because I don't eat mushed real fruit and it was good. The tea is bomb as well, almost ordered another one for the road but I ain't want to be greedy. The icecream is good as well they put cinnamon on top 😮‍💨

The name alone of this franchise had our tongues wagging, and I was hoping this would be a great excuse to give myself a break from the rigors of kitchen clean-up. But the almost $9.00 large peach cobbler we easily shared missed the mark for us. The cobbler dough has a taste reminiscent of cookie dough, so if you're a fan of that you'll love this. I was willing to overlook the peaches almost-too-perfect uniform color, but each bite had either very firm or downright mushy peaches. Not pleasing. The companion generous scoop of vanilla ice cream tastes like it's mixed with cinnamon, and is thoughtfully packed separately from the nicely warmed cobbler by friendly staff who obviously work hard at keeping the store...
