Looking to leave a zero, but unfortunately a “1 -Star (⭐️) was the lowest Google would allow. 7/19/25 my wife, twin girls, and I stopped in to place an average size order, along with the desire to use a coupon my wife had received from a prior Delivery order delivered incorrectly. With no greeting upon entering, the associate yells through the window from the back - “ you picking up, or ordering? (Bad taste of service #1). Needless to say i shook it off, and begin placing my order. Unsure of the menu, as this was my 1st time there personally , I asked what side items they had - and the associate who’s name was given as Ray says “fries” , and that’s unfortunate you haven’t been here yet. (smirkingly) - (Bad taste #2) - No pleasantries or hospitality AT ALL. Fast Fwd - we hand over the coupon along with our full order, he says “oh this is two years old, oh nahh” (laughing) - (mind you no expiration date appears on this coupon) to WHICH HE CONFIRMED - and said “well it was poorly made, I’ll give you that much….. & we can’t accept it. Not once was anything done to retain / gain our business. Ray the associate- to whom he told us was the general manager displayed the worst customer experience you could ever imagine. Combative- unreasonable - and un-knowledgeable to offer any other promotions/comps. In full repeat mode: he says “ I/D/K what button to mash to honor that coupon.” Like huh???? What “General-Manager says that? Ultimately, we canceled our entire order, and upon leaving he says I can offer you 5.00 dollars. “No”! Read moreWe came to Raleigh for the Hurricanes game. The family decided they wanted wings for dinner. We decided to go here, worst idea ever. The young lady who helped us was very nice. I think her name was Marisa. The other girl working was very rude, condescending, and not very helpful. While waiting on our food, one of the cooks (male) was standing by the bathroom on his phone, arguing with someone, on speaker phone. It's not a big deal, really, but we waited for 40 minutes for our food. When we ordered, I asked if we needed to come back, we were sitting outside at one of the picnic tables or would they bring the good out. I was told.either way was fine. Our food was just bagged up. We were never told it was done; they never waved at us to let's us know. We got our food and needed forks to eat with. There were only 2 sets left. We asked if they had anymore. She said, nope. Not let me check, not a sorry, just a nope. Two of us ate with our hands; we got tenders not the wings. The order was wrong on 2 of the 3 orders. We paid for an extra ranch dressing and was not in the bag. I went in to ask for it. The rude girl at the counter said we were not charged for it. I pointed out that she was looking at a different customer receipt. I then showed her my receipt; it showed that we paid for it. She rolled her eyes, put her phone down, and had to get up from her stool, like it was a huge ordeal to get what we paid for. Read moreIf I could honestly give no stars, I would. I don’t write reviews ever, but the service last night was TERRIBLE. Me and at least a dozen other people had waited over an hour for our food. The Cashier didn’t really seem like he cared that much while he had all these frustrated customers trying to understand where their order was. He didn’t give a single apology for the wait and never checked when the orders were gonna be ready when asked. As soon as closing time hit, he just turned off the lights and headed to back to laugh with his coworkers.There were a lot of unclaimed orders because people had left and most of the orders coming out were for people that weren’t even there. For a Saturday night, it seemed like they were clearly backed up, unprepared, and unorganized. It was like they weren’t even trying to go home, that was the funny part…They were not hustling at all. So, I had no choice to take someone else’s unclaimed order that was double the price of mine and left.
