Pita Bowl — Restaurant in Raleigh

I have to say my first time here was a bit upsetting. I work 1 minute away and learned about them because flyers were left a the office I work at. I walked over to pick up my order and watched how my wrap kept get putting off to the side while others order who walked in got started on right away and one person's order got worked on over my wrap on the line. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it was due to staff shortage. However, even after one employee actually acknowledged me and I said my name they continued to work on someone who had just walked in and put my wrap to the side. I learned about Pita Bowl from my co-workers who have all raved about the food. Our office is within walking distance of the restaurant, and it now has become the place they eat at during the week. I went today for the first time, and it was everything they said it was. The restaurant was clean and modern. I got a bowl, which will be at least 2 meals for me. OMG the falafel! Absolutely loved it. Maybe it's because they had just come out of the fryer. Maybe it's the recipe. But the combination is delicious. I'll order falafel here anytime. Husband got the chicken shawarma wrap and ate half before I could take a pic. Lots of flavor and a nice size wrap.

Placed an order online to pick up and they had it ready a little early. Dining area has some tables and chairs if you want to eat in.
