3/23/2024 12:27pm. I came here after recently moving to the area. I found this spot on google maps. When I approached I noticed they looked closed, the location was also a bit hidden (off and behind hwy1) I also noticed they had a drive thru which I thought was great. I tried ordering and nobody responded when I drove around I notice there were some sort of blockade at the window. There weren’t many cars outside and the upkeep seemed to be vague. I drove around and saw one family inside eating. When I went in, the woman that helped me was nice and polite. I noticed the vegetables looked to be old the spinach was wilted, the lettuce was brown the veggies were dry and wrinkled. The vegetables simply looked unappealing, and I arrived at lunchtime. When I requested fresher spinach, the woman who was attending to me, willingly obliged. However, she brought the bag of spinach out and put it on my sandwich and didn’t refill the container. As we proceeded on I notice the bare and dried out vegetables and was immediately put off when I noticed the woman monitoring the shaving meat took a bite of some meat. At the same moment she came up and said “the vegetables that are out, are from today.” As I reluctantly continued my order, she wouldn’t get anymore vegetables out and her portions became scarce and I had to ask for more. I asked for O&V and S&P and she drenched that sandwich and did a few rounds of salt and pepper, I was annoyed. While still being polite I let her know no thank you but I’m going to go to another subway she was visibly upset and I apologized and left. The woman who worked with me was nice but the concern for having fresh food during Saturday lunch time wasn’t important. The store was clean but looked abandoned there is a drive thru but no notification of an inoperable drive thru. I came to the subway on louisburg rd. Read more10.11.19 at 8:40 pm Friday evening, I entered the store and there were only 2 other guests inside. A young lady behind the counter took my order, and as she was preparing my order, another employee behind the counter, (who I could not see), sprayed something at the guest in the restaurant. It was evident they knew one another. The young lady preparing my order stopped making the sub because whatever was sprayed from behind got on my order. She began making another sub and the person behind her sprayed something again but this time it got on all the food and she closed down the food covers. Needless to say, I left because the food was sprayed with something??? Very weird and unsanitary. I can tell the young lady serving was very uncomfortable and not involved. I felt bad for her....she should find another establishment to work at. I will never go to this...

I recently received a Subway Gift Card I attempted to use with coupons I received from you. Went to drive through and was told that I had to come in as coupons aren’t accepted at the drive through. I went in and the coupons I planned on using, I was advised that there were additional restrictions that weren’t noted on the coupons. Granted I was only planning to spend around $30.00, but Wendy’s got that money instead of you. At 67 I try and eat healthy and avoid fast food places. I’ve always considered Subway a semi healthy alternative. But when you literally make it impossible for me to spend my money with you, I have to wonder about...
