If i could give zero stars i would. Worst experience ever here. My fiance and i went out on Sunday night to a taco bell closer to us, that taco bell informed us they were out of beef so we came to this location instead, upon ordering they did not mention anything about being out of beef, so we ordered, paid, got our food and drove home. When we opened our food we discovered everything was made with steak instead of beef, my fiance called and spoke to the manager who apologized and said if we came back we would receive a new order, we accepted and drove back. When we returned the manager was nice despite me being quite upset and demanding a refund, she said she was off the next day but that if we came back on Tuesday she would give me the refund(they were already closed and drawers put away so she couldn't do it at the time), stupidly we did not check the remade order and drove home only to find that that we recieved entirely different food than what we had originally ordered. If it had been remade correct I wouldnt have gone back for the refund. Since it wasnt today (Tuesday) we went back to ask for the refund and even had the reciept, at the talk box I politely asked to see a manager for a refund, i was told to pull up to the window, they mustve forgot to unpress their talk button because before i pulled ahead I heard the girl say "yeah hes asking for a manager for a refund" and another person (presumably the manager) say "i aint giving no damn refunds". Now as i was waiting to pull up to the talk box i saw that they had another angry customer, a woman so upset she parked her car and got out to yell at the employees in the window, so i knew they wernt having a good night and expected i may encounter some resistance from the manager. When I pulled up to the window she rudely snarked at me "you're the one that wants a refund" I went to reach for the receipt and before i could grab it she begans ranting "yall came through last night and got free food!" My fiance and i both begin to explain "no ma'am we came through Sunday night and got steak instead of beef" she interupts us with "yea i was here sunday night and gave you free food already" I again began to explain "well actually the remake order you made wasnt what we ordered" she interupts again "yes it was i made it myself" I said "ma'am we ordered a number 3 and a number 6 as well as a chicken quesadilla, which you made all with steak, when we came back you gave us only 3 tacos and a crunchwrap supreme" before I could even finish that sentance she says "im not doing this with yall again" and closes the window on us. We will never return to this location again and i honestly hope that manager ends up fired she truely...
Read moreI thought it was hard to screw up Taco Bell, but these guys managed to do it. We went through the drive thru and had 4 cars in front of us. It took almost 20 minutes too get our food! The employees were completely apathetic and literally didn't say a word to us except $18.37" (and I'm not exaggerating in the least, they didn't say a single word to us other than the total). When our bag of food was thrust out the window at us, they hadn't given us any hot sauce we asked for at the speaker. It took almost a full minute of me waving at the person at the register to get her to open it (it wasn't that she didn't see me as she looked at me several times). When she finally opened the window, again without saying a word, she seemed actively hostile as if I had done something incredibly rude to her! I said, "can we get some hot sauce?" as politely as I could. No acknowledgement other than literally thrusting a handful of hot sauce packets at me, leaving me fumbling to get them all into the bag. She had the window closed again before I was able to get my hands back into my car.
If that was the end of the negative experience, wouldn't have felt the need to write a review. Unfortunately, when we got home, we found they had given us someone else's order which was completely different, far lower price, and nothing either of us liked! Instead of just taking the loss, I was angry enough to get back in the car and drive back up to Taco Bell. When I walked in, I was "greeted" with the same, seemingly hostile, young lady who had "helped" us at the window. I told her I was given the wrong order and she simply said, "No you weren't. You got what you ordered". NOW I HAD TO PROVE MY POINT BECAUSE THEY PUT THE WRONG RECEIPT IN THE BAG AS WELL! Even after pulling up my bank account and showing her the charge for $18.37, proving the $7.52 was wrong, she insisted I was lying, "just to get free food". I have never in my life caused a scene in a restaurant, but I was so very close by now. The manager finally came out of the office and said she would replace the order. No apologies. No concessions. No contrition. Absolutely no apparent concern that her employee had just called a customer a liar. Absolutely no apparent care about the entire situation.
Needless to say, that was a rather joyless meal when I finally got home.
This Taco Bell has never had what I would call "good service", but it's never been actually BAD service. This day definitely put them over the top on "bad". We will not be returning to this store...
Read moreAt this point I'm not even willing to try and eat here anymore. If the employees have not changed over the last few YEARS, it sounds like a management problem. Can't trust the food when it's clear that nobody cares, especially the management
The store stopped taking orders over an hour before closing time and did not tell anybody in the backed up drive-thru line. They just slowly let the door dash orders through as they needed to and told everybody else to get out as they got to the speaker. (If you have been to this Taco Bell you will see why that is a problem. You're already trapped until everyone in front of you leaves)
The employees told a car before me that they were no longer taking order and only doing door dash. I had already been in line for an hour at this point. The employees then laughed at them through the speaker when they asked to leave and kept us locked in the drive through for another 30+ minutes with forward being the only direction we could go. 2 different people walked up to the window where workers would hand you your order to find out what was going on and had to go back to wait in the cars with nowhere else to go but forward.
I overheard one door dasher say that he has been waiting at the front of the line since 12:50am, I arrived at 1:05am on the dot. I learned the store decided to close early at 2:00 and I was stuck in the drive-thru till 2:40.
If you're going to decide to close early because you don't want to work, how about you tell everyone who's been waiting in the drive through? I called into the store to ask if they were still open to make sure after waiting for 30 minutes. The girl who answered said they were swamped with door dash orders and were working on the drive through, so I stayed in line.
10/10 worst taco bell I've never been to. I've tried to come to this taco bell multiple times over the past few years. Every time I have they decided to close early. (always a minimum of 45+ minutes early) But I've never been held hostage in a taco bell drive...
