The Pizza Times — Restaurant in Raleigh

I was one of the 1st customers when this place first opened. In the beginning, the pizza was great! That feeling was short lived. The quality of the pizza has declined tremendously. They have definitely switched from the original products they started with. The pizza I purchased today, was no better than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The cheese is cheap and hardly melts, the crust is thick and today was burnt, which caused the whole slice to taste burnt. There is no room for dine in, however they allowed a couple to stand and eat while in front of the condiments so I had to wait until they decided they wanted to move. The cooler has been broken, so you cant even purchase a cold drink with your food. The turnover rate is very high, so you never know what employee is making the pizza. I could go on and on, bottom line is unless you want to be disappointed, your better off calling your local dominos or pizza hut!! I will...

This was our first experience with The Pizza Times. Ordering over the phone was a challenge. I called three times. The first time it just rang nonstop, the second time I was in the middle of placing my order and was disconnected. The third time was a charm. 4 Stars because of the ordering process. The food itself was good.

The food was fresh and hot out of the oven. We ordered pepperoni pizza, well done. The 18" pizza massive in size. More than enough for two people. It had a decent "cheese pull", and the pepperoni was full of flavor. The pizza sauce wasn't anything special. The crust was thick and moist. It wasn't stiff and hard, so that was great.

We went back a few days later and tried their chicken bacon ranch pizza. It was decent, but it was undercooked (the chicken was precooked, so that was fine). I wouldn't...

I was in your business this morning around 10:58 the door was unlock and the black girl who was walking around said that we not open so I said it 10:58 and got the menu so I said I will wait she got attitude with me and started to cuss me out and I said do you have a problem with me . ., so she got loud and a light skin boy from the back came to the front and said M/F leave and yes I said to him to come on the outside which he didn't ( need to have a talk with these employees with a nasty attitude ) business my business will be going around the corner to domino's !!!
