McDonald's — Restaurant in Rancho Mirage

I work late shifts and often rely on McDonald's for a quick meal after work. However, both locations at 34101 Monterey Ave, Rancho Mirage, have been closed when I stopped by around 12:30 AM and 1:30 AM this week—despite their listed hours saying they should be open. It's really frustrating to drive there, expecting service, only to find the doors locked and no explanation. If the hours have changed, they should be updated online to avoid wasting customers' time. Disappointed by Inconsistent 24-Hour Service

After finishing a late shift at 1:30 a.m., I was looking forward to a quick meal from the McDonald's on Monterey Ave, which advertises 24-hour service. However, upon arrival, I found the location closed. This isn't the first time—two weeks ago, I encountered the same issue and left a review expressing my concerns.

If a restaurant promotes 24-hour availability, customers should be able to rely on that promise. It's frustrating to plan a visit based on advertised hours only to find the doors closed. I hope McDonald's addresses this inconsistency to better serve...

Unfortunately, my encounter with the cashier left much to be desired. On 2/23/2024 @ around 6:45 the cashier who took my order was rude and unprofessional. Their demeanor suggested that they didn’t care about providing good service. As a customer, feeling dismissed and unimportant is disheartening.To make matters worse, my order was messed up. It’s frustrating when you’re looking forward to a specific meal, only to receive something entirely different. Attention to detail is crucial, especially in a fast-food setting. I left the drive-through feeling disappointed. McDonald’s is a global brand, and I expected better. Friendly service and accurate orders should be the norm, not the exception. I hope McDonald’s management takes this feedback seriously. Improving customer interactions and ensuring order accuracy will enhance the overall experience for everyone.

I was born in Orange County live there till I was ten and then in Riverside until I was 20 but it wasn't until I moved out here at 20 years old to realize that this McDonald's franchise hardly has a majority of the stuff other franchises in Southern California what always have for instance the sausage McMuffin. Not until recently it was a standard menu item to have. This $1 $2 and $3 menu promotion they are running this year has the sausage McMuffin as a standard menu item unfortunately this location at the corner of Monterey and Gerald Ford does not have said particular item. They do have the sausage egg McMuffin where they can charge you 399 for the sausage egg McMuffin minus the egg yet it's $1 for just a sausage McMuffin this is where this franchise has rip people off over the years and they still continue to not carry product which is a standard through corporate and as much as you tell corporate nothing changes out here in Coachella Valley you still get charged for the Egg McMuffin minus...
