Arby's — Restaurant in Rapid City

I'm reducing the rating one star for every five minutes I had to wait for my food.

I used the drive-thru for the second time in a week and had a worse experience than the first. I pulled into the line being the second vehicle to order, with only one car in front of me at 1:25 pm. Nearly thirty minutes later I finally had my food and was back on the road. Every single vehicle that got to the window sat for no less than five minutes, including me with my simple 2-item order. Ironically I had pulled into Arby's because I saw the line for McDonald's across the street was substantial and Arby's only had a few cars. I'd have been way better off just going across the street. Earlier in the week I though it might have just been bad timing because I swing in during lunch hour. I was incorrect in thinking the time of day had anything to do with their speed of service.

We went through the drive-through had to wait half an hour for our food which wasn't even hot. The food was warm and our order was still messed up after waiting a 1/2 an hour. Called corporate did the survey said they would take care of it the manager on duty calls my cell phone and then has the nerve to say I can only do what I have four people. That is not an excuse and not a customers problem or even a valid excuse. I have seen kitchens run with less and not mess up so horribly. When curly fries are burned and taste like charcoal is inexcusable. As customers it's not our problem of staffing if we get poor service, orders screwed up. Would not go to this restaurant ever and if I can give lower than one star i would. Was told they would send out a make it right card yeah that store will not fix it but only wants to argue...

I love Arby's food. However, speed of service is a huge issue with this store. When I went there were only 2 people working. Whoever owns that store needs to step up and help their store. The gentleman who took my order was great. However, spending over a half hour in the drive thru doesn't coin the term "fast"

Sept 10th 2025: went through drive through around 930. Only one in drive thru. Took over ten min to get my order. Shift manager comes up and says I'm waiting on fries. Asked to pack it full and this is what I got. Kinda disappointed not gonna lie. After a rough day I just wanted some fresh hot fries and can't even get that being the only one in drive...
