Worst business we’ve ever dealt with. The salesman Jordain lied about the promotions and rebates and the great deals they had going on at that time. When questioning him he assured us these were accurate prices and it was this great deal. Then we started getting the bills which did not reflect what we were sold. For months we tried to get the issues resolved and were assured repeatedly that it would be another 1 or 2 billing cycles before it would reflect the deal we purchased and we would be credited the over payments we had been making each month. Finally they said nope they couldn’t honor the prices we were quoted and we are stuck with the contract paying significantly more than we would have ever agreed to. The manager Tim basically said he had to believe what the salesman told him. Looking at other reviews this same thing has happened to other customers. It’s offensive to call the contact with them customer service. We were scammed. Buyer beware and don’t set foot...
Read moreAwful awful awful. They should really do away with commission-based sales. These people would try to sell you your own head if they could and it's some pretty high-pressure sales. Also, they will downright lie to you about what you're buying and what to expect just to make sure you buy as much as possible. I had an issue with the sale (based on inaccuracies presented to me by the salesperson). When I went in to follow up, the salesman was not there and the other person said they could not help me at all and to call the store. They said that maybe I would be able to get through but likely not. I have not been able to reach the store and it's looking like I will be expected to pay the full $1200 for the phone instead of the agreed upon $200 (which I already paid). I will obviously keep trying to get ahold of them but I do not...
Read moreI have never made the effort to correct a review that I am making here. After writing a good review for Russell Cellular and especially Tim, Google Maps buried it under the Fayetteville, AR location which is incorrect. The project that Tim signed up for in transferring my old phone to a new phone got worse and worse....for him....as this unfolded because I had long ago inadvertently clicked a double verification requirement with Google. This became maddening as the day progressed but Tim hung in there without complaint. I watched others get solutions to tech problems during my time in the store and I don't think a Verizon store can do anything any better than what these folks do. The corporate store 500 yards away remains closed so.. You are in good hands with these guys....
