Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rapid City

First of all, I usually get lunch from here, the sandwiches are typically good and it’s timely for delivery. In this case, the eglin store is absolutely atrocious, so I had received a credit on my account for their overall incompetence and inability to make a sandwich. So I called the store to order delivery since I work very close. I had placed my order and told them that I have a credit on my account. Apparently it only depends on the store, and I expressed that I had no desire to get food poisoning or nasty food ever again so that credit is pointless to have at the eglin store. The manager was rude and encouraged me order carry out from them and “she wouldn’t expect them to fix her mistakes”, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. You’re the same company do your job and having to give this information to the district manager is not handling things in a timely or reasonable manner, I was just trying to order lunch on my break.. so I will be leaving negative reviews on both stores for...

I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time I tell myself never again. I have done a combination of ways to order such as online and in person and I don't understand why they consistently make it the way they want to and not what I have asked for. They were not busy in the store this evening but I entered my order about 15 minutes prior to even pulling into the parking lot. When I got there (15 minutes later) I gave the workers my name and let them know that I was there to pickup my on-line order (freaky fast???) They hadn't even started my sandwiches. Then after my drive home an hour away I discovered that they once again didn't even make them the way I asked. I should know better I guess. I went into Jimmy John's to get a couple of subs to take hiking and wanted the condiments and avocado for my sub on the side because it gets soggy. The young man with gauges who took our order, trey is the name on our receipt, was incredibly rude and huffy and said he had nothing to put the avocado into. I asked if I paid for a small cup if he would be able to put it in there. He said no he wouldn't do that, and ignored me when I asked for a number for corporate because of how rude he was. We waited on our two subs and the lady had only given us two small mayo packets and she huffed and was very rude throwing the packets onto the counter when we politely asked for more. Not happy at all. The food is decent which is their only redeeming quality. But with that service I will never go...
