Worst Wendy's experience I've had. Manager needs to learn professionalism, and needs to exercise caution when hiring people. I think the time of blaming hiring anyone you can on the excuse it's hard to find people to work. Think long term, your fixing your problem of not having employees, and losing the customers quickly that you depend on to pay these incompetent employees. I was not given the right food twice in same visit, I can excuse that. I had to sit there and watch your one person out of the at least 8 to 10 employees that were there, your cashier literally had people waiting to give their order and he showed no interest in being there. I explained I was missing an item still, which was only an order of fries. He yells to the back he needs a fry, the manager yells back get your own fry. I knew then this was going south. I had already been in Wendy's way longer than I was alloted for my lunch, had already given the, it's alright I don't mind twice on incorrect order. But now I had to watch him be all buddy buddy with one of the customers, who by the way was in and out in a matter of 4 minutes. I was now almost 15 minutes inside and literally watched him completely take care of one other customer, and partially take care of 2 other customers before just walking his lazy self to the fry area and pick up my food and give it to me. I would like you to know I showed much restraint out of respect for other people that had nothing to do with situation. But I can promise you this. And I know it won't make a bit of difference in anyone's pocket but me not eating there. But there is no way I am the one person experiencing this sub par customer service. Thanks for ruining my goto fast food burger place. I'll jump on down the road to the next place, Now ready for the real shocker, go ahead and check other reviews. I go out of my way to express online about good customer service. Burger King literally has the best drive through order taker I've ever encountered, you can literally hear her smile. Taco bell always tries to...

I struggle with severe pain and disabilities. I just wanted to pick up dinner before my symptoms got worse. Instead I got stuck in the car picking up something else well over a half hour after placing my order. Just have the decency to tell the customers in line that you are closed!!!! Even had an employee walk by and say absolutely NOTHING about being closed. UPDATE YOUR PLATFORMS
2023 - Mobile pick up orders this year have been completely hit or miss. It’s really sad this corporation can’t up their pay enough for the employees to have the mental space to even offer decent consistent service. I’ve never worked in fast food but can see the industry lacking from these mega corps not even caring enough about employees to make a living wage & it shows in their work. You can’t leave home at home when work is paying so little that you have to bring it to work. SMH. Really disappointed in the company’s continued decision to pay such a poverty promoting way. Considering no longer coming to Wendy’s but I am a disabled mom & depend on easy food when my health had flared up so severely.
2022 - Michelle was awesome! Especially because the manager was cussing her out while we were in the drive thru & Michelle never lost her cool, she was EXTREMELY patient & very kind. Whoever the manager was at 3:45PM on Wednesday July 28, 2021 needs to be sat down & spoken to. Clearly the manager isn’t cut out for the job & Michelle...
Read moreToday I stopped into the drive thru. I ordered the bacon double stack biggie bag. This comes with the burger, 4 piece nuggets and junior fries plus a drink. I asked for strawberry lemonade. I'm informed they don't have any. Bummer ok I'll take a coke. I'm asked to pull up the wait is short a few minutes so not bad. But my burger was wrong. I ordered no onions and extra pickles. I received onions and no pickles. So I pulled back around. I'm told they won't do returns in the drive thru no exchanges no refunds. I'm baffled by this. If I'd wanted to come inside I would have gone inside. I'm handicapped and I just got over the flu so I felt it was best to use the drive thru. I said seriously I have to come inside for your mistake? Yes because people are cussing us out. I'm thinking and they don't cuss you out inside? OK I said but just then she hands me my burger anyway and says next time you'll have to come inside. Well 80% of the time since 2020 the lobby isn't open. So I'm curious how that's going to work for people if it's not open. I explained I'm handicapped and just got over the flu I don't want to come inside. This is ridicilous when the lobby is closed at 9pm how will that work? So I just dont get the food I paid for or a refund? This location is ridiclous. It's always were out of this or that or understaffed or this is broken. If a person asks for a burger try to get it right then they won't have to get upset. The food is often cold and old. Today my replacement burger was good after all that fuss but I got 3 chicken nuggets I was afraid to say anything. 😆 my fries were half full at best. I didn't yell or...
