The second to last time I went to this location, the employees were yelling things such as, "Shut up," to each other while I ordered. However, my food turned out fine that time although 2 other customers' orders got mixed up. The last time I went to this location, I walked inside and went straight to the bathroom. However, on my way into the bathroom, I noticed that one of the Arby's employees was also on his way to the bathroom. Not noticing this until the last moment, I went into the bathroom first instead of being polite and letting him go first (like I normally would). This employee looked at me like he wanted to slit my throat. I felt so bad that I immediately came right out of the bathroom and held the door open for the employee. He still stared at me angrily. A moment later, I ordered food and -of course- the one to make it was that angry employee waiting for the bathroom. I actually had thought about just leaving right after the bathroom incident lest he be the one to prepare my meal. Well, I watched him make my food the best I could and did not catch him doing anything inappropriate. However, it was terrible. It was undercooked/cold and did not taste good. I have had good experiences at this location in the past.....but I won't be back. I have noticed lately that this location seems to have a difficult time...
Read moreI use to like going here fairly often but my experiences have gotten worse both in food quality and customer service. It culminated a couple days ago in waiting nearly an hour in the drive thru with several very exasperated customers. Everyone was going in to beg for their food or an answer as to what was going on, I couldn't get out since I had a 2 year old crying and screaming in the back. I was in tears, it was so stressful. Why were they still taking orders? They told me it was a 3 MINUTE WAIT, just pull up. WHY would they say that? Why wouldn't they tell anyone what was happening. They failed to mention 4 cars were already waiting around the corner for 30 minutes. I STILL don't know what was going on. Right before I decided to just leave, someone walked out and shoved a bag through my window and ran back in when I tried to ask what happened. The order was cold and missing items but it wasn't even worth going back. I really want it to be good but I will never be able to go back to...
Read moreI went through the drive through tonight and ordered a double beef and cheddar with bacon and a cherry turnover. Waited about 15 minutes for them to tell me they were out of turnovers. I got my sandwich and went home. My sandwich was not a double and only had one slice of bacon and no cheddar sauce. I know I should not expect to get what I paid for anymore as companies like this have forgotten to train the staff and hold them to those standards. I also understand that its hard now days to hire qualified workers. If it were my business I would only have operation hours when qualified workers were able to provide my customers with what they pay for. If those workers are not available then we close the restaurant. You should never charge a premium price for your product or services and not provide what they are paying for. It’s wrong. Super...
