Absolutely garbage. I.ordered a "bright eye blueberry" which is an off menue old drink. They will still make it if you ask. Its literally the only thing I've ever had there and I loved it so much I get that drink exclusively. Anyway I always add frozen vanilla yogurt. I told them the specifics and the kid didnt know what I was talking a out but the older females did. I made sure to say frozen vanilla yogurt 3 times. He said yea they know the drink they got this. So I was like cool... but then when I got the drink it was TERRIBLE. Painful even. It was SO sour that I couldn't drink it. My husband tried it and was shocked. He knows they messed up as well. There were at least 8 people in the store when we left so I didnt go back I tried to call from the mall down the street. No answer. After 3 times trying over a half an hour I gave the drink to a homeless man and told him it was SOUR. He also agreed but said he would take it anyway. $12 down the drain. I...

Sonja greeted me with the brightest smile and made sure my order was taken with care—she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer.
Michael was just as fantastic—super efficient, upbeat, and clearly dedicated to creating a smooth, positive experience. Whether it was the drink itself or the vibe they created together, everything was on point.
Not only was the service quick, but the quality was top-tier. You can tell they both take pride in what they do, and it really made my visit stand out.

Read moreI would just like to say how disappointed I am with the staff besides a few who genuinely care for the job. I'd like to start with the manager I don't think she is very fit for the role. I was coming in the other day, coming to get a smoothie while the manager and the assistant manager were in the lobby making tick-tock's. I just don't see it as right, I'd like to see a little bit more of an experienced manager. One who, quite frankly, takes their job seriously and wants to exceedingly always leave customers with a great impression.
