OK, so this is an ongoing issue with this location i live just 2 blocks away so i tend to stop bye quite frequently, at times the service is so so but most times I have issues and each time i complain to upper management nothing gets done, so this is there Karma. The store is in dire need of remodeling i try my best not to go inside because the times i do it smells like mold there are fly's everywhere and they do not keep there dining room clean ever. I have never used the bathroom just because the state of the mess i see from just walking in the door, out of all the staff in the last 3 years only one worker is nice, she is older probably in here 40's very small and has blond hair and normally works the front counter and she values her job in fact she needs a pay increase! The rest of the staff are young teenage kids that could care less about there job and a few older people my age in there 30's one of the managers is a tweeker or some form of drug addict half of them take random breaks to smoke right bye the entrance so people like me who are allergic to smoke half to breath it. So again i normally do not go inside fearing my health from the mold smell smoke from workers and fear if i touch anything i will get a contact high from what ever that manager is using. 90 to 99 % of the time they mess up my order they are unprofessional and the food is un-edible. I ask my self why i keep coming back and after writing this review i am thinking i might not, clearly the owners and upper management could care less because i have informed them multiple times and nothing has change. I find it funny that a job so easy and taking money, making food, and cleaning is so hard to these employees heck i could do that in my sleep, clearly only one of this staff can i find it sad to see a name brand care so little about there image and how they treat there guest do your self a favor In-N-Out is 1 block away go there! It is time to let them know that we the guest pay there bills pay there staffs pay check and we have had it! no more B.S. fix it or i will take my money somewhere new! Thanks for your...
Read moreThis is the worst location I've came across at all the locations, and I've been around the area for 10+ years. My husband and I had a horrible experience with the mobile ordering-- we ordered one single drink and when we got to the location, the app told us to go into the restaurant. My husband did, hoping to simple get a large drink cup that was ALREADY PAID FOR and was presumed to be hostile because he was tired and irritable after a 12 hour shift at work. It really should not have been a difficult exchange-- yet, he was promptly told to leave the restaurant and cancel his order because they refused to serve him. This was extremely upsetting to both my husband and I, so I placed a corporate complaint immediately after. However, I was reached out to one time and was asked who the manager was, and we did not get a chance to look at the nametag. I inquired if they could simply check cameras, because I knew the exact date and time of the occurrence. I never received a response, and we will refuse to give this restaurant our service...
Read moreThey need to have an in service with how the managers should treat employees. Namely manager Julie at the Churn Creek location in Redding, CA. I’ve been in this store several times over the summer, and I’ve witnessed this manager berate, mock and make fun of an employee to other employees and it appeared in one of the incidences, the employee suffering the brunt of her abuse was still there and in ear shot. Another time the employee had just left and this manager, Julie, started bad mouthing that employee. It is so unnerving. I almost stepped in at one point. It’s unprofessional at best, it obviously creates a hostile environment and it is no wonder there is such a turn over of employees. Who would want to work in that environment. It’s hard enough pleasing the public in the customer service industry which is made worse by someone who is supposed to be above behaving like what teenagers are accused of behaving. Do better McDonalds! Time to...
