Um, what the heck just happened?
This food was PHENOMENAL. I grew up in LA County, moved up north, lived in OC and now here in Hemet. We drove from Hemet to this place in Redlands. SO WORTH THE DRIVE AND EVERY PENNY AND MINITE SPENT. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
We ordered the 2 meat plate. Enough to share for 2 people. We got the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese as the side and a side of their fries. Fries were crunchy and stayed warm and delicious and it took us 45 minutes to eat. Other places fries get cold and saugy pretty quickly. So this place is a plus for fry lovers. Mac and Cheese is done with their spin on it. It did catch me off guard but non the less it was very good.
THE MEAT: I just can't find the words. The Brisket has a good pepper rub. Black pepper is dominant but NOT overpowering. The crust on the meat is ridiculously packed with flavor. The meat is JUICY not dry. Fell apart and cut easily pull apart even with a fork. The pulled pork is beautiful. Not overpowered by seasoning so the pork shines through. It just a delicate and perfect balance.
Soda is important. Most places have soda that is flat, not enough syrup etc. Soda issues. Soda fountain is good, like a soda should be. They have water and cups set aside for us water drinkers, too.
Sauces: All the sauces were absolutely delicious! Ugh, I wish I could take home gallons.
Sounds like I'm paid to hype up this place but coming from Hemet where all the restaurants aren't that good, temecula and surrounding areas too. This is by far the BEST bbq I've ever had.
Portions good. Great prices. Good environment. Not rushed iut of here and great customer service.
Will be making this our...

I gave them five stars on service and atmosphere because it's not their fault I had it delivered, but I can't attest to the accuracy of those things yet, because we're definitely going to try it in person soon! I got the brisket sandwich, coleslaw, and beans and my wife had the burger with pulled pork, and potato salad along with the same sides I had. We also got the brisket fries to share. It was a massive amount of food, so definitely worth the price! We'll be eating leftovers for a few days. The meals came with a variety of BBQ sauce and other dips that all tasted freshly made and were phenomenal. The more vinegar heavy BBQ sauce was definitely the stand out favorite, but they were all so good. I've lived all over the country and had BBQ done many different ways, but I always come back to loving Texas style and Carolina style and this place absolutely nailed that authentic southern BBQ you just don't find often in California. It's definitely worth the price, just bring your most stretchy pants because after all that delicious meat you're not going to want to miss out on the peach cobbler...

As someone who also runs a business I have great respect for someone who is willing to hear a customer out and make amends as this is exactly how I run my business as well. Thank you for taking the time to hear my feedback and concerns and I will definitely be returning.
I ordered one of their Fatherโs Day meals โThe Ultimate tomahawk BBQ, when I arrived the line was out the door so I thought this was a good sign I walked up to the desk as I had prepaid for my meal, I was greeted by a woman who was nice enough but I had to wait about 20 minutes until they actually brought my food out. Then when I arrived home and opened everything up all the meats were very dry and the ribs were overcooked and almost crunchy the Mac and cheese was exceptionally good I must admit but was very disappointed with the meal overall. Also the advertisement said 5 dinner rolls included and it was just 5 pieces of white sliced bread. there is a lot of hype behind this place and Mabey my expectations were high but I felt for $250 bucks it was not...
