I ordered from the app at 9:24pm because it gave me a introductory half off discount. I forgot this place doesn’t make your food to order because I only use the locations with a drive thru, and I only go here once or twice a year. I went to pick up the order at 9:35 and they said they couldn’t make my order and they couldn’t cancel the order for me either. The app doesn’t give you a way to cancel or even a way to complain. I was offered the only entree they had available as a substitute. I can’t be mad at the people that work there because corporate doesn’t pay them overtime to clean up after closing time. I tried complaining later online through their website but I got this long stuffy copy and paste response from them that I could tell was pointless. My opinion is the drive thru isn’t compatible with their style of service, especially when they’re not busy. Also this particular location isn’t busy at night so it’s open too late to expect to have everything on the menu waiting for you. We customers are aware that times are changing, now besides customers and drive thru there are online orders, this is a good problem to have but not one to make your customers pay for.
It took 10 minutes standing there to even get acknowledged and place an order. It shouldn't be a customer problem because one is on the clock, the owners and management should make sure to staff better or change their system. All orders are still getting picked from the same place, which causes delays and food to run out. You need to change with the times and set up another food set up so that all orders can be fulfill in a timely manner.
Also, please be a little more generous with your meat servings, my broccoli and beef should just be broccoli, only two pieces of beef present. Panda is already more expensive than other chinese restaurants, so please...

All containers are now smaller and customers will realize this. Ask to speak to manager and he was sitting down eating so after waiting 15 minutes we walked up to him and told him all that went wrong. He was told by staff customers has concerns and we’re waiting to speak with him yet he sat there on his phone so that’s why we finally went up to him to talk. No one apologized for anything.
