Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Redlands

I love getting smoothies from this place. The staff is so friendly and professional. My go to is usually the California cooler, it tastes like birthday punch but totally refreshing and satisfying. But this last week I’ve been trying out the NEW seasonal Horchata. The original and strawberry were amazing. I couldn’t taste the peanut butter version because I can’t have peanut butter.

The staff is very unprofessional. There’s a huge orange sign that says, “new owners, new hours, SUN-MON 8am-8pm”. I got there at 9:30 am and they’re staff was just arriving. They saw me standing there and never even acknowledged me. A second employee arrived around 9:45 am, didn’t acknowledge me either, just went straight to open the door so they can start their shift. I say hello and ask them why do they have a sign with new hours but are not being respected and she acted as if she’s never seen that sign before. Sorry new owners but will never be back...

A few days ago I came in for a acai bowl ... Oh how i love the Mayan bowl.... and I was actually ranting and raving about this bowl to my friend ..
