Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Redmond

When my friends and I arrived at the line, we ordered our drinks and Kaitlin M was our server. Initially she had a positive attitude when we ordered but after just a few moments, it seems she had an attitude problem and nudged our drinks towards us. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

So, I didn’t think that I had to do this again! Once again, my server was Kaitlyn M. I had my order taken by someone else and she once again was at the window. As i was behind a car she looked back and saw that i was there and made a weird face. Once i got to the window i had barely even said anything to her, in no way shape or form was I provoking her. Once she handed me my last drink she whispered “Hopefully this one won’t get me a review”. This kind of behavior has been going on for a while now and it needs to stop. She does not have the capability to separate outside life from work. Her customer service is horrible every time and I don't even know why I am being targeted?? Yes, I've gone to other dutch bros’ however i tend to go to this one because the accuracy of drinks are where it’s at in this location. Id really hate for someone (kaitlyn) to ruin that for a...

I want to start off by saying I don't review stuff so sorry if something's are unclear. I don't typically have issues at any other of their locations but this one is the exception I guess. The first thing that I want to point out, is how understaffed they seem to be all the time. Sure the workers themselves can't help it if they're understaffed maybe the greedy franchise owner could increase wages to attempt to solve this issue. The next thing is the staff themselves, not saying they're all bad but it's like they send all their inexperienced workers here. I am almost always needing them to fix my orders because they always seem to screw it up, sometimes so badly I truly don't understand how. Despite me giving very clear and simple orders and their prices also don't help my frustration. So yeah that's pretty much it, I pretty much never make reviews but I am so tired of the incompetence from this store, I just wanted to vent here in the hopes that someone who can do something about...

Oh my goodness!! That's what Dutch Bros is...a whole lot of goodness in a cup... No matter the size or the kind if drink u get.. They always strive to make getting ur drink a great fast experience.. Thank u dutch for providing me with my personal fav. The ice kicker.. Its absolutely amazing!! Its not to sweet but it's still got a lil coffee taste to it.. It has been my main drink for the past 8 yrs. Since I was first introduced to its unique wonderful taste.. Besides smoothies every so often i mostly get the ice kicker.. Everyone that goes there has their own personal fav.. Try several different drinks/beverages etc.. And I'm sure u will find ur...
