The party planner Robyn, very amazing! 5 Stars for Robyn. She’s very patient and gets back to you as soon as possible. She works with you very well. Loved her through the whole process! Peter on the other hand, never met spoke with him before. But he was there, the day of the party. Very Rude! A lot of guest also found him very rude as well. I was speaking to a family friend who I haven’t seen in years! He rudely interrupted, couldn’t say excuse me or waited for us to end our conversation. Also another staff there, who had black hair, she looked Mexican. She kept giving me an attitude because my niece had lost her phone in the ball area and was trying to find it after the party was over. I mean kids are kids but SHEESH! There was another staff, she was thin don’t know the staff names. But she had blonde hair, she was very good! She played with the birthday boy who was inside the ball pins during the party. & watched to make sure everyone was safe. Overall, the decorations were beautiful. A lot of compliments on them. We had our son's 5th birthday party at South Play and it was wonderful! The kids loved the indoor play area, and the parents were able to relax and enjoy while the kids played. We had a taco caterer in the courtyard and used the outdoor seating area as well. Peter, our host, was friendly and helped us to set up our food and decorations, and kept the party moving along seamlessly. The staff kept the beverage coolers filled and cleared away empty plates and cups throughout the party to keep the space clean. Parking for guests was easy as well....

I had my daughters 1st birthday and Robyn beat my expectations with her decoration skills. Everything was so pretty. I wanted a winter onderland theme & omg was it beautiful. Peter was the best hostess. Peter made sure food & drinks were flowing through the party. They both were so helpful. When I met Peter & he explained how south play operated I knew I had to have my daughter’s party there and I’m so glad I did. The best part is you & your guest just come & enjoy the party.
