McDonald's — Restaurant in Redwood City

I have placed many orders consisting of a large Diet Coke, one McDouble or Double Cheeseburger, one Small Fries, and two 4-piece McNuggets at a plethora of McDonald’s establishments across the country. Sometimes one particular component is excellent, sometimes less so. But this is the first time a McDonald’s has knocked every single item out of the park. That can’t be a coincidence. On top of that, the gentleman over the loudspeaker was incredibly enthusiastic. Lastly, I ordered my McNuggets with my usual two Honey Mustard dipping sauces, but I asked for one additional sauce that he personally liked the most, and he made some excellent recommendations. A+ all around, I highly suggest you visit this McDonald’s Drive-Thru....

Only posting a star to tell eveyone boycott this place! The "manager" was screaming at my disabled grandmother who questioned what they charged her for. When I looked at her receipt, they had charged her for things she didn't order (she ordered a side of nuggets & a decaf coffee) & the way the receipt looks, it looks like they were charging her for their own meals. Some manager. & manager started cussing me out in Spanish & obviously didn't know I speak Spanish..... may her and everyone on today's lunch crew get fired! Sad thing is, my grandma goes there daily, so who knows how much they have been charging her this whole time. CORPORATE SHOULD REVIEW YOU'R WORK cameras...

I’ve been living close to this location for six years and have been ordering the same thing each time. 20 piece chicken McNugget MEAL. When you work at a place you should know what you are selling, your promotions etc. I called a different location for clarification. Yes you do have a 20 piece chicken McNuggets promo ($5)..it isn’t a meal and you have to charge me extra for fries and drinks. Of all people, an employee should know this. As a customer, you necessarily won’t and would ask somebody who should know (like an employee). It is ridiculous. If this person just told me that this is possible, I would’ve understood but obviously she...
