I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted—not just a routine “hi” because they have to, but with real eye contact and genuine interest. The woman at the door made me feel seen as a human being, not just another customer.

She then met me at the register and took the time to ask thoughtful, specific questions about my drink—details that are often missed but make all the difference. I don’t really rate anything but today I’m feeling friendly. I’ve gone to this particular starbucks every time my family and I finish eating at the sizzlers next door or on my morning runs. My go to is always one of the frappuccinos. My order has always been right. Lately I’ve gotten Carolina who takes my orders and she’s gotten them all correct and my name correct (not that hard to spell, props though) I’ve been greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude all the time. I am not from the area, however I decided to go in and get a latte. I placed my order with a female cashier who was less than friendly however I did see her write my order on an empty cup.anyways 20 min later no sign of my latte. I ended up asking for my money back.
